“Crumbl Cookies Salted Caramel Cheesecake: Crumbl’s official description for this cookie is “ A graham cracker cookie topped with cheesecake frosting, caramel, and sea salt.” Cheesecake is one of my favorite desserts and going one step further, the Salted Caramel Cheesecake from the Cheesecake Factory (CF) is one of my all-time favorites. That said, I’ve been patiently waiting to try this one from my local Crumbl for a while. The cookie is dense, satisfyingly chewy, and cool (it’s served chilled). There’s just a hint of graham cracker flavor to the cookie, but it might also just be overpowered by the real stars of the show: salted caramel & cream cheese frosting. Crumbl acolytes know the power of that phenomenal cream cheese frosting and this time there’s an additional layer of caramel. As expected, the caramel is sweet, sticky, and chewy. If I have one complaint about the cookie it’s this, mine did not really have much sea salt. Crumbl’s stock photo shows a caramel pool teeming with sea salt and if you look closely at mine there are only a few specs of salt. This can be forgiven as the cookie is just so damn good! Like the Salted Caramel Cheesecake from the CF, Crumbl’s Salted Caramel Cheesecake Cookie is one of their best. Doughboy approved 😋

“best boba in the plaza. the girl in the front who always wears a bandana on her head is very sweet and she’s the best barista this location has. i got the caramel pudding milk tea and it was perfectly sweet and balanced. the place is pretty big and clean. 10/10 drinks 10/10 service. so much better than the other places around here“

“I ordered cookies, brownies, and brookies from Insomnia Cookies to be delivered at 3:15 for a work meeting with my team. Unfortunately, there was a delivery hiccup - the DoorDash driver (they use DoorDash for deliveries before 6pm) arrived at our office security gate but didn't notify me. The online tracker still showed they were on the way, and by the time I went outside to check, the driver had already left with our treats!

I immediately called the store, and the staff was incredibly apologetic and immediately worked with me to find an alternative delivery time. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was resent and that I was a satisfied customer. Their dedication to making things right was genuinely impressive.

When the treats finally arrived, they were an absolute hit! My entire team devoured them and couldn't stop raving about how delicious everything was. The cookies, brownies, and brookies were all phenomenal!

Despite the initial delivery mishap (which was really the driver's fault, not the store's), I was incredibly pleased with the care and attention I received from the Insomnia Cookies team. Their willingness to make things right and their outstanding customer service has earned a loyal customer. I will absolutely order from them again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for delicious treats and a company that truly cares about their customers!“

“If I could give a 10 star I would give it to Yolanda. It was my daughter’s birthday she went above and beyond to make it special for her. I am the only person she has every hugged ,she has bad anxiety. She had to hug Yolanda 3 times and made us come back in for a fourth hug. “Humble. Delicious. Overly Satisfying. Jenny was so kind & welcoming. It was my first time visiting and i was a drive by customer. Not gunna lie, upon arriving into the parking lot my first thought was “it seems kind of sketchy”. But i was so happy so follow through and get proven wrong. I wish i could’ve gotten more than just the funnel cake and fried oreos. They satisfied the sweet tooth I had and I can’t wait to visit again.
