I thought the price for a large mango shaved ice was kind of high until I saw how big the dish was. It was massive. Three adults ate as much as we could and we still had 1/3 left. It’s very authentic too…tastes like what we got in Taiwan. Delicious & fresh…LOTS of fresh mango. We’ll be back! Thank you.

Meet Fresh 鮮芋仙 is a favorite place for authentic Taiwanese boba and desserts in the Atlanta area. The literal translation of the name is Fresh Taro Fairy, and the shop serves a whimsical Formosan mountain of delicious milky shaved ice. A go-to order is the QQ Milk Ice, size large, paired with a refreshing fruit tea for the ultimate summer snack. The dark brown sugar finger-like rice cakes have an addictive flavor and texture, and the best part is when the entire dish becomes a melty, milky bowl of icy soup at the bottom. Other menu highlights include the green tea, strawberry Bingsu, hot almond drink, and brown sugar rice cakes with a side of black sesame filled mochi. The staff is very friendly, with one employee named Jason noted for his kind hospitality. However, the shop needs to pay more attention to clearing and wiping down tables, as they can be left sticky and messy. The shop also always blasts really loud anime music and is often sold out of something.
