J-Bistro is one of my favorite spots in town. The Chinese and Korean food is authentic, and I haven't had a bad dish yet. Standouts for me are the ginger clam soup, the bitter melon beef, the sea snails with chives, and the three cup chicken, but honestly everything I've ordered has been good. The host and wait staff are always attentive, and you can watch the kitchen cook your food, which makes it even better. If you're looking for Chinese comfort food, this is the place.

Amazing Chinese food and wonderful service! The Chongqing chicken, fish soup, and stir-fried green beans were all delicious and full of flavor. The staff were so friendly, and the chef was incredibly kind and welcoming. I always enjoy coming here and truly appreciate the warm service. Highly recommend this restaurant! ❤
