The person working there was very mean she would answer very mean,didn't give us our change back, and gave us a large pizza instead of a Extra large when we paid for the XL pizza. Very bad experience for somewhere I been going for years

I have been coming to this Buford hwy location for nearly two years. At one point I visited this location at least once weekly (mainly Friday nights) because they have been positively consistent in many ways. My experience has 'always' been wonderful. The staff has always been very friendly and gave great attention to the preparation of my pizzas and whatever else I ordered. I always knew that when I opened my box my mouth would water in anticipation of taking the first bite of the delicious looking, well prepared pizza. Unfortunately, that was not the case today when I picked up my order shortly before 1pm today (3/31/2024). Something told me to check my thin-crust pizza and wings before leaving the store. I ignored my gut feeling. My meal was absolutely awful. Most of the chicken was placed in the middle of the pizza, the thin crust was super hard and tasted burned which caused me to barely taste the BBQ sauce. The thin crust was so hard that it crumbled in my mouth while some pieces fell flying out of my mouth & onto the floor. I ordered the Hot Buffalo sauce for my wings. The wings were barely covered in the sauce - it was ridiculous. This review is less about Domion's itself or this location. However, it is more about the male employee who clearly does not care about his work performance. If I didn't live nearly 3 miles away (and wasn't so hungry) I would have promptly returned to this store and told the employee to either refund my money or cook my order again - correctly this time & with him caring about how he prepared the food, rather than 'throwing' it together and not giving a SH**. I have certainly wasted my money and time today with this order and I am highly disappointed. I hope management sees this review and addresses this with the male employee who worked on 3/31/24 and on the clock shortly before 1pm.

I had a coupon for a free 2 topping pizza! I had to order something else, for it to be delivered! I chose a Chicken Parmesean Sandwich!? It looked and tasted disgusting! A few cubes of chicken, barely any sauce and cheese...and burnt bread! I will Never order from them, again! This is not the first time, that they totally disappointed me! I'm getting rid of my Domino's app!

Bad service i had to wait 2 hours there, the cashier put my pizza for delivery i was there in person i asked an employ 50 minutes after i ordered it wasn't in the oven yet they made it like 30 minutes later i ordered extralarge and they made it large and one employ had make the extralarge again and he told me the one he made before would be free, when my extralarge pizza was ready i asked for the one they made before they told me, they said they already used for somebodyelse so i took just the extralage after 2 hours when i got home i opened and it was thin crust i didn't ask for that, terrible service.

Ordered 3 large pizzas for carry out and received 3 medium pizzas. Called the store and kept getting transferred around and waited on hold for an hour before getting kicked off. The number for the store does not go to the store. We’ve contacted multiple times and had no response.

The employee didn't accept cash just card of credit they didn't know how to attend the client
They are hit or miss. The last time we ordered was so good so I decided to order a late lunch from them. I ordered a regular cheese and tomato sauce pizza with chicken and Buffalo sauce. I also ordered a sandwich. When they called to say they didn't have the bread for the sandwich, I was understanding. They subbed a small pizza and that was good. The original pizza ordered though... first it didn't have tomato sauce and I called them. They said they had a large order and it would be later, I said ok. Around 8:30 pm I was like wait where is my food. Called and they said ok we will get out out. Called again and they said oh yeah it's on the way. I just can't believe they sent this out the store.

Employees need training of how to assist people over the phone, I just called to ask a simple question, and the worker (a man) was very unprofessional and not polite. He needs training for customer
