The night manager cancelled my order without my permission when the food was 2 minutes from being delivered to me. After waiting 2 hours for an ordered guaranteed to be delivered in 25 minutes.

Horrible location. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! I ordered a pizza online and it took extremely long to get to me and the tracker was completely incorrect. But that wasn’t even the worst part, I called the store to try and get an accurate ETA, and whoever answered the phone was so freaking rude and unprofessional. They yelled at me about how it was Friday and there’s traffic and then hung up in my face! As a customer i’ve never been treated like that and I WILL NOT order from this location ever again. And going off of the other reviews, this location should be closed based off of how awful they are!

Every time I order from here they update the order tracker to say the food is ready for pickup, when it isn't. Tonight I got here after the app said the food was ready and they haven't even started making it yet, they told me to wait in my car and took their time to even start putting it together.

Literally cannot place an order. They keep the phone off of the hook, and the app says (for over a month now) that the store is having difficulties taking online orders and it instructs to call. When you call no one answers and it just rings.

No pineapple one my Hawaiian pizza. One of my lava cakes was gone when the pizza came and it came 2 hours early.
My order arrived extremely late and completely cold. On top of that, an entire slice of pizza was missing, so I did not eat it because it made me uncomfortable, knowing my food was tampered with. To make matters worse, I didn’t even receive the correct type of pizza. When I tried to contact the store, the call initially went through, but shortly after, the line was disconnected or turned busy, making it impossible to reach them. This was the worst service I’ve ever experienced and I have no clue how they are still in business at this location.

This location used to be okay and reasonably quick on deliveries. Now they keep their phone off the hook and orders can take 2+ hours even when the app estimates 30-40 minutes. On one delivery the driver told me he’s the only driver and people that don’t work there hang out with the other employees distracting them and no one is in a hurry.
