So I ordered a pizza online for pick up and it took them an hour . No one was doing anything. This place needs new staff. I love domino's. They're always people standing outside the stores here which seem suspicious . Makes me wanna not come back to this place

Honestly impressed by the inability to make a pizza correctly. I ordered 1 pizza for pick up, I go in once the tracker says it complete. The guy working says they still need a few mins- no problem with that, i wait 2 mins and he says actually we have to remake your pizza its burnt. I appreciated the honesty and went back to my car, wait 20mins come back in and pick up the new pizza. Imagine my surprise when I get home and the pizza is RAW! Currently baking it through in my own oven. Awesome work.

I have ordered from this Dominos more times than I care to admit. Last night I ordered delivery and it never showed up. Never got a call. The store would not answer the phone, and their inbox was full. This is not the first time this has happened. The one time I ordered here and actually received my food, it was cold. Hopefully I've learned my lesson this time.

waited for exactly an hout & half and My order was not delivered! the app says delivered but there was no delivery. asked the delivery guy to call me in the instructions for hand delivery & did not receive any calls either. Store does not respond to any phone calls.

Took over an hour for 1 pizza, couldn’t get a hold Of anyone. Finally it gets picked up, driver says he can’t find my address and it’s out of his range. It’s 10 minutes away. Driver keeps interrupting me and hangs up on me. I call the store to cancel the order and they hang up on me TWICE. Both men talking over me and down to me. I’m in the food service as well and I have a lot of patience but when 2 different men talking over me and hang up on me I’m done. I also never leave a review. Don’t ever go here.

My pizza arrived 54 minutes late. This has happened before from this location. Additionally, the pizza was made terribly: uneven base thickness, uneven crust width, and uneven slice sizes. The cheesy bread wasn't sliced at all. Of course, everything was lukewarm because it arrived so late. We won't be ordering from here ever again!!

I placed an order through Uber Eats and it showed “preparing” for over an hour and I never received it. Sadly, this store doesn’t answer your calls so there’s no way to confirm if they received it.
Apparently this is an ongoing issue with taking payments and then leaving people empty-handed.
