I ordered a pizza for delivery and there was an issue with the order being completed before it was delivered which wasn’t a problem because I still got my order. The reason I gave it so low is because when it was delivered the driver, unfortunate I didn’t get their name, but I didn’t have enough money to tip and they berated me stating that they don’t get paid enough. I already felt bad for not tipping, but that made it even worse. I don’t think I’ll be getting a delivery from this location again.

This place is a dysfunctional mess. Order your delivery pizza elsewhere if you expect food in a reasonable timeframe and decent customer service.My experience Friday March 22. Placed an order at 5.35pm, estimated delivery 49-59 minutes. Got to 6.45pm, with no updates on the order. Called, and was told our order was next up for delivery. 20 minutes later, still no update and no pizza. Called, but by that point they had decided to stop picking up the phone. At 7.14pm got a notification that our pizza was out for delivery with Edin. Got to 7.45pm and still no pizza. We live 7 minutes from this place. Called again, but of course no one is picking up. I drive over there to find our pizza sitting on a shelf stone cold. They remade the pizza and I drove it home myself. Got home at 8.25pm, so from order to pizza arriving at my house was 2 hours 50 minutes.....little bit longer than the 49-59 minutes initially promised. Complained to Domino's Customer Support and was told that because the shop is locally owned they'll be reaching out. That has yet to happen, so I guess I'll be dealing with my credit card company.Moral of the story: do not order pizza from this place and definitely not for delivery.

Ordered for delivery. Called the store 1 hr 15 mins after ordering. He said he didn’t know when it would be picked up as he’s short on drivers. He had the store address as my delivery address which is impossible as I always use the app. Mo helped me. He had no idea how to resolve my issue and spent even understand how to say sorry. Ordered my dinner at 8 pm. Here I am at 9:30 pm having to figure something else out.

Placed an order for delivery, usually I pick up my orders but this time I decided to place a delivery order bc my son was admitted to Egleston. We waited 45 mins and the delivery driver asked if I can come to the lobby to pick up my order bc he was swamped with 8 deliveries. Once I got downstairs to the lobby, I contacted the delivery driver guy who stated he gave someone else my order which was a male and clearly I’m a female. He wasn’t apologetic at all, in fact he kinda made it seem as if it was my fault. He stated he thought I sent someone to retrieve the pizza without confirming. This is the most craziest thing I ever seen!!! I will never order from this ghetto place again. I want all my money back and an apology!!!!!

Arrogant staff and management who don't care for customers. Everything is unethical from delivery guarantee, tracker, and food quality. The manager does not care about complaints. Better to look for much better pizza options in neighborhood.

I have never experienced such horrible service. The staff answering the phone are rude and clearly inept at their job. The delivery drivers make you feel unsafe when they demand you come outside to get the food. The owners CLEARLY do not care that they have a poorly run location.

Do not use this location. They will over charge your credit card without authorization which is theft by credit card. This is also credit card fraud. The manager was not sympathetic or helpful. She was rude and unprofessional. I will be reporting this to the proper authorities.If I could give negative stars I would.

I placed an order for $26.56 online last Saturday. I received a notice from my bank that I left a 115% tip. They added $20 to my total after I placed my order—rude customer service. No refund. No help from corporate. I have ordered Dominos for over four decades. THIS IS IT! Stay away from this store!
