While service can still be slow at times, the staff has shown improvement, with many employees being fast and friendly, particularly in the morning. Some regular customers have praised the staff for their kindness and ability to remember orders, even greeting familiar dogs. One employee at the drive-thru on May 10th at 2pm received special recognition for her friendly demeanor and for making an exceptional matcha latte. Although there was an issue with a chicken and cheese croissant during one visit, the alternative offered was satisfactory, along with a hot green tea and hashbrowns. Overall, this Dunkin' has made significant improvements and is a convenient spot for customers to enjoy their coffee and treats.
