If I could give zero stars I would. I went on December 6th 2025 and I specifically asked for oat milk because my body can't handle regular milk. I saw that it was made with regular milk and when I asked they said it was regular milk. When i corrected and asked for oat milk whoever was working the window rolled her eyes and all of a sudden my drink was made with oat milk. I gave her the benefit of the doubt and I shouldn't have. I am now having serious repercussions and I wish they would take dietary request seriously. I probably won't go back to this location because simple request aren't being done!

Very good service each visit. It has walk up window and drive thru. No sitting. Just a counter for putting your drink and food down. Really good donuts and beverages, like the hot chocolate. Communication and customer care is little bit lacking in the people who work there and they tend to run out of specific items, especially around Halloween and launch dates dunkin announces.

I’ve been visiting Dunkin’ Donuts locations across the country for years. After moving to town, I started coming to this location since it’s the closest. I always order ahead through the mobile app, but it doesn’t save time—there are frequent delays and confusion among staff and customers.
Today, they ran out of lids for hot drinks. When asked if I wanted an iced coffee instead, they served my hot drink in an iced coffee cup instead of just making it iced, which made little sense. I’d already waited a long time, so I didn’t want to hold up the line further.
This is my fifth visit here, and each time there’s been poor communication and frustration among customers. I don’t usually write reviews, but this location really needs some improvements.

This is the slowest Dunkin EVER! I've lived in 4 different states and been going to Dunkin for over 20 years. I have never seen a slower location. Don't even try it during the morning rush the line be so long and where it's situated on the road it blocks one lane of traffic on Moreland Ave. Don't let the walk up window fool you that line be just as slow.
