We ordered 4 different types of coffee and 3 out of the 4 was not made correctly. Went back to get one of the coffee's fixed and was given another one but it was still not made correctly. With our flight getting ready to leave we had no other recourse at the time.
The absolutely wonderful ladies at this location positively MADE my layover in Hartsfield-Jackson with their friendly, upbeat and kind attitudes. I hate this airport with a fiery passion from previous trips, so this was the best surprise ever!(Ps, you were right--sourcream was the best!)

If this is the Dunkin on Concourse D, then go there. At 9:30pm, I drag myself off one plane and need a cup of decaf joe before my last segment. I approached the counter placed my order. The woman taking orders kindly said no. A guy popped out from the beyond the wall/partition and said yes, we still have some. Hoorey! All three of us expressed our happiness. I re-confirmed this is decaf because if it isn't I will have a heart attack. Both talked at once. No ma'am this is decaf....read full review
