I used to frequent this Dunkin’ Donuts a lot. They used to have great service and quality coffee and donuts but today I’ve decided never to come here again .when I walked in there was a woman waiting in front of me and after five minutes no one came to the front to help us, they were only concerned with drive-thru, then when someone finally came to the front, she did not greet us and she had an attitude as if we were bothering her. I ordered a coffee and donut when I got my coffee it was cold I said excuse me, my coffee is cold she rolled her eyes, walked away and continued to help the next customer. After she was done with them she finally came to me, grab the coffee, and proceeded to go to the back to Prepare another one. She comes back with another coffee and it’s cold. I did order the midnight coffee so I asked her did it have something to do with it being the midnight coffee and not a regular coffee she said yes so I just decided to take a regular original coffee blend , she had an attitude the entire time she didn’t greet us when we walked in and she didn’t greet us when we left .on my receipt, it says her name was Happy, But she didn’t look happy or act happy! If you want good customer service and quality product do not come here drive a few miles up the road and you will get better service than the store!

One day I went to Dunkin’ Donuts to get a coffee before work. When I arrive to Dunkin’ Donuts, the door was locked as I knocked on the door no one came to the door to verbally tell me anything. So I decided to just leave, but as I was leaving two people walked up to the store and was allowed in. Me thinking that I was going to be allowed in the store I proceeded to walk back, but the door was still locked. As I’m standing outside the door, I can see the cashier taking the two guesses order and no one is still allowed me inside the building. A few seconds later, a woman pulls up and she wants to be let inside the building, but they did not let her in either. So she called the store and asked him why they weren’t letting people in when they were open and they had two guesses in there already. The manager of the store proceeds to tell her that the other two people were only allowed in because they knew them. I stood outside of Dunkin’ Donuts for at least 15 minutes trying to figure out what was going on. I contacted Dunkin’ Donuts customer service And they told me that the store will call me in 48 hours. No one has called me the only time they called me was to give me a case number and I have not been contacted since then.

Horrible service! I walked inside with no other customers and wasn’t greeted.. the guys just stood in the back looking at me for about 4 minutes before I had to ask for someone to place my order. Ordered frozen coffee and received a frozen hot chocolate, the cup label even said frozen hot chocolate and the guy kept saying it’s just frozen coffee.. worst experience ever! Never again!!
