I just stopped here in between jobs to grab a latte, it was watery and had very little ice. I pulled back in and knock on the window 3 times and was ignored by the lady. When she finally acknowledged me she acted annoyed that I asked her to remake it. The second latte was worse but now I was late for work and had to leave. She needs a lesson on being kind and understanding and more training on making lattes.
The woman who works the drive thru in the morning remembers is a sweetheart and always remembers my face even though I’ve been here less than a handful of times.Parking: Small parking lotWheelchair accessibility: Shop was built on a steep, lumpy road, but can be mitigated by cutting through the side instead of the front. May be accessible with a wheelchair but will be easier with an assistant.
