Horrible experience, we went to four different donut shops, and none of them had donuts. Their atmosphere was not organized and we ran around. We went to the Dunkin go we went to so many of them, but they didn’t have donuts. We were so pissed off and annoyed we won’t be returning and we advise you not to too.

Staff is friendly however something is definitely going on with the decaf at this location. I have insomnia and anxiety so I often get decaf in the afternoon or when ordering a large drink. Every single time I order decaf here I get major jitters from it, which doesn't happen to me with decaf drinks from any other coffee shop or even consistently at other Dunkin locations. Please be more careful, or be honest if you are out of decaf, this could be very dangerous to people with more serious medical conditions than mine

Me & My Co-Worker placed a large order for our leasing team this morning, we noticed we were missing an item & only 1 item. My co worker called up there & explained to an employee we were missing something. She tells her yea we can come up there to get it but when I arrived whomever the manager is was completely rude. She argued with the other employees that everything was there. Then started to argue with me as well as if I was lying about the missing item. I asked for her name & she says “You don’t need me name!” Her customer service was absolutely terrible! Never going here again! As manager you should take accountability for this mistake

This is the only Dunkin' I frequent. The employees are always super friendly and timely. There is a wonderful young girl that works there most times I go and she is such a joy! Always makes my order to perfection and accommodates if they're out of something. Donuts are always fresh, even if you go near closing time!

Terrible service, the manager treats her employees very badly and also all the clients who are Hispanic, she is very rude and pedantic. She is also Hispanic and has a very bad attitude with everyone.

I like Dunkin but not this store. Weird people here. They never read any instructions (extra cheese? Extra egg?) that you pay for. I would have called it a mistake but this has happened several times (say 7-12). Can’t change their store on doordash so I have to deal with them.

Recently started going downhill, coincidentally have seen lots of new employees. My medium iced lattes are filled only 80-90% of the cup, my sandwiches and wraps have been a bit cold from being frozen, and the employees are rude when I ask them to fill up my medium cup to the top. Why am I paying for a medium if they’re going to fill it up to a small size? There’s a better Dunkin just a few minutes up Roswell Rd.
