Every time I come here I leave happy. The customer service is excellent here and I found all the staff really personable. I dont know why this place has only 3 stars! I think the other reviewers are dumb. Like that one lady who complained that she ordered a large drink with no ice and expected that whole cup to be full with milk or coffee. Like bro it doesnt work that way, the ratio would be way off šŸ˜‚ she really thought she was gonna get more coffee šŸ˜‚šŸ˜‚

I come here almost every morning before my shift at my job so I can get some food in me, they always fulfill my needs and are always so nice. Shonda or jasmine are almost always there and everytime they’re so nice and always make my drink so good. I love this Dunkin.

Apparently here when you get to the window you can’t add on anything you have to get out or go all the way back in line?!?! This is wild Dunkin as a company should shut this one down. Plus I didn’t like her adittude at the resturant. NowI just got my coffee and only a spec of coffee is in both lattes. And when I told them I want more coffee they just said refund the guy(which is me)… apparently he didn’t realize that I was standing right there. I told them go ahead and refund my order so I can write a review then they tried to hide the receipt for me so I had to keep asking for the receipt. So before you start playing all this Christian music in the middle of Dunkin’ Donuts on Sunday make sure you adhere to the same policies and what is taught in there that’s to treat people right I am very upset with this experience at this Dunkin’ Donuts and I wanted to give this one a chance because it’s really close to my house but now I see I gotta drive all the way somewhere else to get my stuff right and also be giving customer service the right way I see all these reviews now on how everybody’s getting half ass service here. Y’all need to shut this one down

Whenever I pull up to the drive thru window Jazmine already knows what I want by recognizing my voice. I’m always greeted with a smile at the window and service is speedy. This is the only Dunkin I go to because they treat me like family everytime!

I have been a loyal Dunkin’ customer for over five years, visiting daily. I recently moved to this area, and unfortunately, this location has been the worst Dunkin’ experience I’ve ever had.
The customer service here is consistently poor. The staff rarely smile, greet customers, or show any level of care. Today was just another disappointing visit. I ordered my usual drink an extra-large decaf coffee with caramel swirl, oat milk, sugar, and cinnamon powder on top. I’ve been ordering this for years with no issue. However, when my drink was brought out, I was told they don’t put cinnamon powder on that type of drink. When I explained that it was simply a modification I always request, the response was dismissive.
I went inside to ask for cinnamon powder to be added, and the employee did so with soaking wet hands, dripping water into my drink. When I asked for the drink to be remade, the manager, Tanita, not only refused but also gave me nothing but attitude. When I asked to escalate to someone above her, she called another manager, Jasmine, and the two of them sat on the phone openly discussing me in front of my face.
This type of behavior is unprofessional, unsanitary, and unacceptable. A simple request turned into a completely unpleasant experience. This location desperately needs new management and staff training, because the way it operates now is a bad reflection on the Dunkin’ brand.

Received a rock hard brick yesterday when I ordered a grill cheese. I just want a refund. I always have problems with the service. I saw a previous review that said the boys give better service than the women that work there and that is 100% accurate. And don't expect anything from the franchise owner Jasmine. I can see why the service in there is so poor if she’s leading the way and is in charge.
