I have been a loyal Dunkin’ customer for over five years, visiting daily. I recently moved to this area, and unfortunately, this location has been the worst Dunkin’ experience I’ve ever had. The customer service here is consistently poor. The staff rarely smile, greet customers, or show any level of care. Today was just another disappointing visit. I ordered my usual drink an extra-large decaf coffee with caramel swirl, oat milk, sugar, and cinnamon powder on top. I’ve been ordering this for years with no issue. However, when my drink was brought out, I was told they don’t put cinnamon powder on that type of drink. When I explained that it was simply a modification I always request, the response was dismissive. I went inside to ask for cinnamon powder to be added, and the employee did so with soaking wet hands, dripping water into my drink. When I asked for the drink to be remade, the manager, Tanita, not only refused but also gave me nothing but attitude. When I asked to escalate to someone above her, she called another manager, Jasmine, and the two of them sat on the phone openly discussing me in front of my face. This type of behavior is unprofessional, unsanitary, and unacceptable. A simple request turned into a completely unpleasant experience. This location desperately needs new management and staff training, because the way it operates now is a bad reflection on the Dunkin’ brand.

Received a rock hard brick yesterday when I ordered a grill cheese. I just want a refund. I always have problems with the service. I saw a previous review that said the boys give better service than the women that work there and that is 100% accurate. And don't expect anything from the franchise owner Jasmine. I can see why the service in there is so poor if she’s leading the way and is in charge.

Every time I stop by in the morning, the staff is incredibly kind and polite. You can really tell they’re eager to assist you quickly, and the food always comes well-presented and fresh. It’s a great way to start the day with service like this. Keep it up!

I’ve been to this location and they have the worst customer service! I was never greeted, the young man working there stayed on his cell phone and did not wash his hands when he prepared my food, and they never greet you when you come in the door!!!! When I asked for a manager, there was not one on duty and I finally was able to get a young lady there to service me!! These young people need to work on their customer service and stay off their cell phones!!

I keep having unpleasant experiences at this location due to the young man who works there. He is not suited to work in customer service. He is extremely rude & doesn’t seem like he wants to be there. Due to his unruly customer service, I won’t be supporting this location again. Wish I had his name but he is working today in case anyone from management needs to address this (5/12/25, 2pm).

The customer service here is so bad if I were you, I would drive further to a different Dunkin’ Donuts today I was in the drive-through trying to order a avocado toast and a Matcha and when I tell you, the male Worker was so rude and nasty. His attitude was so poor and I’m the type of person. I’m good at ignoring stuff like that and killing people with kindness till It got to the point where it was four times that I was getting backlash and nasty attitude from him over the speakerphone and I asked him like what’s with the a attitude and it got heated after that, I myself used to work in a fast food industry, and I was taught never to argue with a customer, but even in this case, it wasn’t even an argument a moment and I was getting treated so poorly like I did something wrong to him. I did nothing wrong to this man to the point where we got into a slight argument and I told him I’m not interested in the order anymore so I drove to The drive-through window because I had no choice anyways since I already was in line I asked the woman that was at the window. I said please can I have a manager she said there’s no manager in store I said that’s fine. Can I have a manager number she said I don’t know any manager number I knew right there and then she was defending that behavior and I was left to do my own research. I’m leaving this review and next I will be contacting corporate about this matter. They do not need to have people like that working there that was so bad cause I don’t have these experiences at all. I don’t argue with people. I know how to treat workers fairly and nice and I’m kind so for me to receive that type of backlash. It really had me upset if I were you I would not come to this Dunkin’ Donuts.
Something really needs to be done about their customer service. The one off of Howell mill blows this location out of the water. Do not tell me there is not such thing as vanilla cream when it’s in the menu when what you really mean is that you’re out of of and can instead do the sweet cream or cold foam. I don’t work for Dunkin but I have an idea of what I want. No need to get upset with me sir and talk to me like I’m an idiot. The woman who took over did an amazing job but good lord. One employee will absolutely ruin everything else for them.

Workers seem so dissociated there & upset at just existing in there. I get everybody has bad days… but it makes the spot feel like it just wants to disappear.
