I went in for a small brownsugar shaken espresso and was charged $6.40. I asked the man taking my order how many shots of espresso came in a small. He said 1 shot. I noticed the $3 sign for a medium and asked why is it double the price for a small when you get less milk and espresso. The guy said they should have charged me $4.59 for a small and you should have gotten 2 shots of espresso. The manager tried to tell me the small is 6.40 because it’s a small. This location is a SCAM!!!!! DO NOT GO HERE. They up charge whenever they feel like it. So tired of these companies taking advantage of people!!! Do not support them!

Terrible service. I was the only in store customer and it was 5 minutes before I was acknowledged, if one may call it that, by an obviously harried staff member who only said: "Give me a minute."
I gave him three more minutes before I left, knowing that my money is better spent elsewhere.

wouldn't waste my time at this location!! they are scammers, i managed a few dunkins over the span of 6+ years and they are up-charging for no reason. they will wait until u pull away from the menu to type in your order then add “local items”. when i got to the window i realized my order was a bit more than it should be. the lady at the window said they charge extra for liquid sugar, etc. i have never worked for or traveled at any dunkin where they upcharge for things like this, let alone not even tell u at the speaker and play it off at the window. please make sure you are getting your receipt and if something seems off double check before you pay!!

Went in today to order drive thru extremely long. Go inside I place my order 2 doughnuts and a sandwich and iced coffee. Another customer orders behind me and she give them their donuts but never gave me mine. I continue waiting and she ask me about an orange juice and I then told her my order. She gives me the 2 doughnuts. When I later go to eat my doughnuts neither have sheet paper on them and the icing is sticking to the bag and not the doughnut. Did she grab them with her bare hands ?! Needs more training on how to efficiently expedite customers orders inside. Disappointed. My sandwich was handed to me before my doughnuts. People are in a rush in the morning. Time management.

Thanks for the first, I hope to be the last worst Dunkin Donuts service I have ever experienced. I walk into this DD happy and ready for my coffee & donuts just to be told "NO". This my money how someone going to tell me how to spend my money. I order the same thing "EVERY MORNING" and never been lied to. Mind you I am a truck driver and the only reason I was at this location is because I have some business to attend to downtown Atlanta. I go from state to state dealing with dunkin' donuts and never had this issue but because of what I ordered the lady told me no because it's weird so disrespectful. Yes I know my order is different don't tell me how to order or what to order. The lady at the counter find giggles about it but the lady that she called over to assistant her on how to ring up a slice of cheese told her no we are not doing that. I don't want anyone fired but they do need to have some training with customer service at this location that's not how you talk to a customer.
I always get a large hot coffee with four caramel and five sugars with two glazed donuts and one slice of cheese on top of each donut and warmed in the oven for 7 seconds. I'm from the country that's just what we like.
