My waitress was good. The food was below average. It tasted like a chain restaurant tried to make Italian food. They brought it out timely and hot. Unfortunately the taste was disappointing.

Like many people, we went to this restaurant for what was expected to be a nice Valentine's dinner. We had a 7:30 reservation. Unfortunately, about 15 other couples also had reservations. We were not seated until 8:00. We thought that would be the worst of the evening, but we were wrong. Our waitperson was Melina, and she was very bad at her job. We waited nearly half an hour for the appetizer and had to ask 4 different people for silverware and plates. I noticed that none of the tables around us had silverware or plates for appetizers. The refill for a sweet tea was also a half hour. I would say the food was so-so, but it wasn't worth the wait. I took issue with a 20% gratuity that is noted on the menu. We were fortunate to speak with the manager, Ryan, and he did offer a sincere apology and an adjustment. The line of people waiting to eat was in place for almost 2 hours. This restaurant was greedy for the money of a large crowd but unprepared to handle this volume of customers. We tried the restaurant because we had heard great things, but sadly, it wasn't the experience that we had. The 2 rating would have been a 1 but for the interaction with Ryan, who was very pleasant. He has great experience and knowledge, which I think would improve the situation.

Clearly understaffed, waited 15 minutes just to be sat for our reservation, another 15 minutes to be greeted by our server, another 15 minutes for our drinks to arrive. I think I saw our waiter 3 times from hello to goodbye. We had to practically beg for silverware and napkins, and we never received some of the items we ordered. I understand valentines day being busy, but the lack of service was still very noticeable, and the check was also auto-gratuity. Sides came out 20 minutes before our entrees and our waiter was nowhere to be seen in-between. $34 Lobster Ravioli was cold, and only came with 5 small ravioli's. Will not be returning, very upset and underwhelmed for what was a $170 dinner.

While the food was good, the service was AWFUL. We ordered drinks, an appetizer, and a meal. Waited 20 minutes for drinks, and then after 40 minutes we got our dinner, but never the appetizer we ordered. Didn't even serve the food with silverware and napkins. Then they had the audacity to automatically add a 25% tip to our bill. I guess this explains why the service was bad since they figure they don't have to worry about tips. Honestly, this is one restaurant I'd skip.

One of the best meals that I've enjoyed in a while. The appetizers, entrees and desserts were delicious. My first time at this restaurant although it's practically around the corner. So delighted a friend suggested going there for lunch. The customer service was just as stellar, but to be honest, there was only one other table to serve so it wasn't crowded at all. Don't know if the customer service is as good when it's busy. I hope so though because I will be a returning customer.

We dined on the calamari, and two lunch pastas. One with eggplant and chicken soup, the other with meatballs and a side Caesar.

The food was good, but the meatballs had more breading and less meat. They could have been better.

Would we go back? Certainly!

The service was excellent.

Beautiful Love

I am giving five stars solely because the food itself was delicious. My first visit was superb; unfortunately, my second experience did not meet that standard.

After a long day at the office, I decided to stop in with my 3 children to enjoy a meal before bedtime. My youngest asked if there were crayons, as he is accustomed to receiving them at restaurants. Our server advised there were none available, which I completely understood.

I ordered a glass of champagne, as I usually do, but it was served at room temperature. I ordered a second and politely asked if it could be colder. The response… “I’ll find the coldest bottle in the house” came across as sarcastic rather than accommodating.

Later, after our entrée arrived, several servers sat at a neighboring table on their phones, with two boxes of crayons clearly visible. That moment felt intentional and uncomfortable.

When it was time to pay, I handed over cash and was returned multiple five-dollar bills and ones… far more than necessary. The exchange felt unprofessional and, frankly, like profiling, as though it was assumed I would tip in small bills on a $130 check.

For context, I am a young Native American woman, a property manager at a well-known neighboring apartment community (Cortland), and a former server myself… serving helped put me through college. So, as always, I still left a $40 tip.

Sadly, despite the quality of the food, the service and overall experience have led me to decide that I won’t be returning and neither will my colleagues.

Me and my BF loved it here! The food and drinks were great and it was so quiet for a Saturday night. We will absolutely be back.

We had a group of 10 in our group. The restaurant sat us in their "outdoor" area that was well covered and had a beautiful fireplace burning in the area. We could all sit together and the food and service were excellent. We would definitely go back agai.

I've eaten at this restaurant several times. Each time, I hope that the service will be better than my last bad experience. But, they can't seem to get it together. The food is good. I especially like their bruschetta. Some of the other dishes I've had are good. I don't think I'll return due to the poor service.

Pleasant atmosphere, friendly service, food was disappointing. Decent wine. Bruschetta and calamari were OK. We had a gluten free penne with Alfredo sauce and added chicken, but they forgot the chicken. Leaving an unattractive plate of noodles and gravy-like white sauce with zero garni. The sauce was bland and thick and didn’t taste like Alfredo at all. We also ordered a side of sautéed spinach that never came. Also had spaghetti bolognese, which my friend found inedible. We shared a dinner platter salad of quinoa and roasted veggies. Ended up eating most of that in lieu of the uneaten pasta dinners. We finished with cappuccinos which were good, and a slice of cheesecake. We live only a few minutes away but I doubt we’ll go back because the food was just not good. We should’ve just had the appetizers and wine followed by dessert and coffee and skipped the entrées.

Service, drinks, food were all great. Drinks were brought with short wait, appetizers came soon after and our waitress was very attentive to our needs

We had four of the menu entrees and every one of them was delicious. Both of the salmon filets in the entrees were cooked to perfection, nice and flaky and moist. The salmon marsala was such a surprise! Why isn't that a thing?! I don't eat meat so it was so nice to see fish paired with marsala and mushrooms. We made another reservation in a few weeks when my brother visits from Maine!
