Fortune Cookie Chinese Restaurant offers a clean and visually appealing atmosphere with a large aquarium as decor. The immediate greeting upon arrival and quick seating create a positive customer service experience. The Pot stickers are a popular choice, generously filled and served with a tasty ginger soy sauce. The General Tso Chicken, served with fried rice, is fried to perfection and packed with flavor. The restaurant provides a calm dining area with hot and fresh food, and friendly service. It is a kid-friendly spot with plenty of food to share and wheelchair accessible on the first level. Guests have noted that the General Tso's chicken is juicy and flavorful, and the hot and sour soup is amazing. Service is attentive, with staff waiting thoughtfully for customers to finish their soup or appetizers before checking on main dishes. The staff is extremely friendly and thorough, with a genuine warm welcome upon arrival. The ambiance is good, and the restroom is always clean. They pay attention to special requests, and leftovers are neatly packaged every time. Overall, the quality of food remains consistent, with many enjoying the fresh, crispy offerings.
