Emilio's Tacos and Tequila

We had such a great time here. The food was excellent. Jessica, our server, was THE BEST. We are visiting Atlanta for the weekend, and this was by far the best experience we've had since we arrived. Highly recommend it! I will definitely be back!

OMG talk about the best Mexican food. As a New Mexican, I can say this is the best place in Georgia. I am coming back again and again..

We had a large party and everything was perfect. I cannot wait to take my out of town guests. The owner came to our table and made us feel special. He is a big soccer fan and welcomed us to watch matches on the big screens. Our waiter complemented my grandma which made her smile.

This was our first visit and Emilio's seems to be a great new addition to Midtown. The physical space is appealing with high ceilings, various spaces, tables not jammed together, seating for 2 up to several large tables for and group settings. Lots of big TVs, plentiful bar seating (inside and out) and a nice patio. Chips were warm, fresh and came with red (smokey) and green salsa. The tasty El Guapo top shelf margarita was made to order and served in a nice cocktail glass. We both ordered enchiladas and they were served quickly and warm. I had the beef (ground) which had nice flavor and not ground to a puré. They were topped with lettuce, avocado, perhaps a sour cream sauce and a few other things. If you like toppings on your enchiladas as I do, you will really like these. Server gave us a choice of rice or beans but I think the menu said rice and a choice of beans. Parking was validated in the attached deck and we were only there for an hour'ish and there was no charge. We will definitely be back and look forward to sitting on the patio in nice weather.

We tried this place shortly after they opened. WOW! A great new Midtown gem. The hostess was so kind, the server was prompt and the food..amazing. The hit was the margarita that included a Tajin Sucker was my favorite touch. I hope all of Atlanta supports this new restaurant. They didn't miss!

We split an order of taquitos. Delicious! They weren't as hot as they should be, but I'm sure management will work out things like that as they get past their opening.

So happy to have Emilio's in the neighborhood. We will be back!

My first time coming to this establishment and boy did I make a great choice! Upon arrival, the aesthetic of the restaurant really caught my eye. My server (Brittany) was so welcoming and informative of the Menu and drink selections. The food was a 10/10 as well as the drinks. I enjoyed myself, definitely will be returning In the future!

Best Mexican in Atlanta hands down. The food is amazing!! The service is amazing!! The atmosphere is amazing!! I’ve been here a few times and everything I have tried is amazing! Building is a little hidden but once you find it you won’t forget where Emilio’s is at!

The Birria Empanadas were amazing. Great flavors. Salsa Verde was good. Chips fresh. Cold beer. Took a little while to get the chips but empanadas came out fast. Good stuff.

We have been waiting for a restaurant in the midtown neighborhood with good service, atmosphere, and food for soooo long. Did I mention good service (shoutout to Joe and Kevin!)?! We will be back!
