Anytime I'm near this area location, I stop in. The Steak Teriyaki with Shrimp and fried rice is my go to order. Shrimp is a great size and also nice and clean!!! Get the spicy sauce! Service is fast.

Extreme teriyaki grill is a great dive in a strip. I absolutely can understand the strong reviews.

It seems like most of their business is carry out, but they do have dine in. You see everything made right before your eyes with an open kitchen. Counter service was friendly and they have a large menu. The price point is exceptional for the amount of food that you get.

The service is really fast here probably because of the volume of people that they get but it is efficient. The rice is so good it makes you feel like you just sat and had hibachi. My only issue is if you have a seafood allergy be careful because everything is made on the stove top. My cousin had an allergic reaction because of this so just be mindful.
