It’s a hotel restaurant that to be fair has a nice ambiance. In general the team was nice, we just got a pretentious server who was not a good listener. I’ve been debating leaving this review for a while but I’ve come to terms with the fact I am an AH. We send my mom’s dinner back twice because every time we asked if something has any dairy in it we were assured it didn’t only to find out “it’s just a little”. My mother was having surgery the next day And was not allowed to consume any dairy. Which we specified several times.
They were the type of server that didn’t write things down, but also didn’t have a good memory. Typically, I would give someone in this position, at least two stars if they cared about their jobs. But it was clear they didn’t care about good service. They were more concerned with being condescending and finishing their shift.
Here comes my pettiness and the least important part of the story. After a long day of work and in the midst of jet lag from recently returning to the country, I really just wanted a nice hard cocktail. I ordered a margarita but asked for dark tequila. I didn’t care what type as long as it wasn’t clear. The server repeated “you want a dark tequila” and giggled. I was like yes, a dark tequila would be appreciated. He rolled his eyes and went along with his business. Next thing I know he’s bringing me my drink and bends down to share that “it’s called an Anejo” Nice and slow like one would pronounce for a child just learning to read. My response was “an Anejo a Reposado? I don’t care either way. So thank you for the drink”.
I wish I was a bigger person who wouldn’t feel the need to write a crappy review but it’s been three months and I am not… Thank you for the cream filled meal with an extra side of condescension! BTW Your servers may want to spend more time understanding what constitutes dairy and the ingredients in the dishes they serve. Y’all may also want to do a training session on how it’s OK to ask questions when you don’t know instead of lying and stating that something does not have an ingredient, they know you need to avoid. The fact that this server got on his high horse over a type of tequila, but didn’t care about ingredients on the menu is a pinch concerning.
Also to anyone who has been to France and loves French food this is not the same. Do not order the lobster crêpe it is a mayo filled mash in a soggy pancake. The beef short rib is worth ordering if you need to eat here.

Excellent food . Service not as good as the last couple of times there. Still One of the best for French food
Our dinner for six was perfect. The meal was excellent, service flawless, and parking simple. I look forward to another meal at F & B.

I went for lunch. The service was excellent, and the burger was to die for. Had a meeting and it was perfect for conducting business. Will definitely come back!
I believe this restaurant is located inside the Ritz-Carlton. They don't validate parking for the garage (which was only $10.99), but they do validate for valet. The restroom wasn't ideal, no tissue and the soap scent wasn't great but it's located outside of the restaurant itself.
Once inside, though, the ambiance made up for it. The décor is lovely with white Christmas lights hanging from the windows, giving it a cozy, romantic vibe. There's live music on Friday and Saturday nights around 6:30 p.m., and the singer was fantastic. K said dinner felt like a scene from a rom-com.
Our server wasn't as friendly as K would have liked, but he was attentive and responded nicely to us throughout the meal.
We started with the potato soup, which was piping hot and served in a deep bowl, very generous and delicious. The crab salad followed, and I was worried I'd be too full, but it was light and flavorful. I had the trout with potatoes and substituted Brussels sprouts. Everything was seasoned perfectly, and the sprouts were nicely crisp. K ordered the beef with mashed potatoes and a side of broccolini, which had a smoky flavor with a bit of a kick. I actually liked the broccolini more than K did, it was unique and really tasty.
For dessert, we shared the apple tart with vanilla ice cream. I thought it was light and lovely, but K wasn't a big fan since he prefers traditional apple pie.
Overall, it was a wonderful dinner: great atmosphere, excellent food, and perfect for a date night.

Three of the four dishes we had were very good, however, the Branzino was seriously over cooked. The background music was not enjoyable (not kidding, it was 60's and 70's country music) and was too loud. This being said, we will try F & B again.
Food is consistently excellent and tonight was no exception. There was a large party next to us so it was a little louder than normal but otherwise, still one of my favorite dinner spots!

Very courteous staff , delicious cocktails & wine . We ordered the stuffed chicken dish ( I forget the name) and it was excellent ! Tender, juicy and flavorful . We also ordered the white chocolate mousse for dessert which was great. There's a live singer that sings a variety of old hits and it's really terrific during dinner! Very relaxing and enjoyable evening!
