We started with cocktails prior to dinner. We both had an Old Fashioned and commented that it must be a young bartender that thinks a good drink is a strong drink because all we could taste was bourbon. We typically order wine with dinner, but these drinks were so strong we opted not to. The food was fine, but nothing to rave about. Neither of us said we would be rushing back to dine again. The noise level was extremely loud. Not sure if that is typical. We literally had to shout to talk to each other and had to repeat ourselves multiple times.

F&B is an excellent French Bistro (but in Atlanta !): the menu is very similar to those you would find at such Paris bistros as Bistro Mauzac or Bouillon Racine. Each dish has an edge to it, with interesting creations tapping into the francophone world and their cuisines. Expect great attention to detail, an interesting wine list and superb service too!

We recently discovered that F&B was the reincarnation of "FAB" downtown and the original "Brasserie le Coze" just outside of Lenox Square's Neman Marcus. We were thrilled to see that this favorite of ours was producing delicious food and great service again. We had the Mussels in white wine sauce and were blown away by how delicious they were. We also ordered the lamb sandwich that was very good but had some tougher pieces to chew that made it less than perfect. Our server, "Bamba V", was excellent. He was professional, entertaining, and clever. We will certainly request him during our next visit.

I think that I am overdue in posting my love of F&B. There are so many things to highlight with #1 being: I can walk there from home! The food is always amazing and my favorite is the Trout. My favorite server is Bomba who is the epitome of the European waiter; just the best. No matter who waits on you, it will be excellent service. Randy at the bar always remembers your name and makes the best "dirty martini's" and the owners, Fabrice and his daughter, the beautiful Claudine are excellent owners and always make you feel warm and welcomed.

Our first time at the restaurant. Unfortunately, we waited almost 30 mins before a server came to our table. Maybe they were having a bad night for service, but it put our table on edge. When we did order some appetizers, they came out immediately, which gave the impression that these were just reheated in the microwave. We gave it a pass, as it tasted ok, but joked that the entrees better now come out immediately. When we ordered the entrees - same thing. 1 minute went by and out came our entrees. No way these were freshly made for us, which at a restaurant like F&B, I wouldn't expect. We won't be back.

We attended the Valentines Day dinner so the menu was a set menu for the night. I'll start with the great service we received from our bartender Randy while we waited on our seats. Randy was great! He was very nice, drinks were AMAZING & he was super friendly. Now let's move on to the food.. so I've been here before with a very large party & the food was pretty good. First off, they were out of everything from the appetizer options to the entree options! Lamb chops weren't on the fixed menu so thankfully they had some & made for me. The lamb chops were pretty good! My boyfriend got the chicken & it was disgusting. It didn't have good flavor & was definitely not worth the amount we paid. We also got a little show because the employees were arguing & about to fight but were separated. Overall, I'm sure the food was rushed due to the busy day. But I still probably won't return.

Really cozy French restaurant in the Phipps plaza area. Be prepared for some of the dishes to be heavy on the butter/oil ...but it is French cuisine after all!

Ambience was lovely. Had cozy table for 4 tucked into a corner and it felt very private. Food was delicious. My scallops were delicious! My husband ordered Duck confit and couldn't finish it all. Our ONLY negative comment is the music a too loud and interfered with our conversations. I want to return on a night with no entertainment. Oh, and excellent wine list!!

Lamb was excellent. I was hoping for some more affordable French chardonnay's to choose from but I settled on a Napa. Everything was great, even the live entertainment was fantastic!

Phenomenal French restaurant! They have some of the best escargot I have ever had. The brussel sprouts are incredible as well! The creme brulee is the perfect way to finish! Rashid was wonderful and informative on the menu options! The chef goes above and beyond! You must try this establishment when you visit!

Dining room and bar are contiguous. VERY loud group at bar destroyed the ambience of the restaurant. We did go early at 5 PM; maybe better later. Soup was average. Lamb was very good. Vegetables overcooked and too spicy. Crepes wonderful. Wine wonderful. Bread wonderful.

BEST French onion soup in the city—reminiscent of my favorite in Paris!! Randy’s (mixologist) cocktails are brilliant.
