I ordered lunch for our office this week. I made an online order and arrived to pick up the next day. The process was very easy. I had selected a specific time to pick up but the food was still not ready when I arrived. It was about 20 minutes late. However, the manager was very kind and hospitable, to me and all the other waiting customers as he updated us on our orders. I will definitely order from them again. Thank you.

This is a takeout only location. There is no dining room.We stopped as we passed through Atlanta since my daughter has been asking for Fazoli’s for weeks. The food is good and the man running the place was super helpful and friendly.
This is a ghost kitchen Fazoli's. No place to sit and eat. Taste just like it used to. They are pretty fast.

Picked up some carry out and it was perfectly on time and so hot, fresh, and delicious. And, I had done most of my order online but needed one customized dish that I couldn’t do through online. When I called the restaurant, the gentleman working was super flexible and helpful in taking the custom order over the phone and joining my two orders into one. And happily everything came out just right. We will definitely visit again.

This is one of the restaurants that I order from regularly for our office lunch, and it never disappoints! The food is always great! Very fresh and hot, and well packaged, so I never have to worry about spills on the way back to the office. And for as great as the food is, the service is even better. The owner always helps carry everything to my car. He is very friendly, and always appreciative of the business. All around a great place!

I decided to try this place today on my day off with my little one , I ordered online at home (I live 5 mins away) and when restaurant approved my order and start working on it ,I then left the house and waited outside the restaurant In assigned parking for online/curbside orders ... after 20 mins of waiting, I was then approached by a older woman questioning did I order online , I said yes and then proceeded to show her my live notifications saying the restaurant are still working on it (which I was in no rush ) & I showed her my phone screen with my order # & items and total I paid for. She then refuse to give me my food and accuse me of being door dash trying to steal an order what the entire hell is wrong with this place???? . Not only did I show my phone screen that display my order ,order # , name , total and card used . I also showed the physical card with my name to match . After 10 mins of going back and forth in front of my little one she then says ok I trust you , umm excuse me ??? Is she crazy ? Forget this racist unprofessional establishment , DO NOT SPEND YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY HERE !!!!!! Finally got home to eat & Breadsticks are hard and pasta wasnt worth it either ! Horrible experience & customer service !

This was not what I expected. Frozen not fresh. Pizza is literally frozen and placed in an oven much like if you purchased a frozen pizza from the grocery store, except you're paying way more money.
It's a ghost kitchen so you can't sit down, but you can still order there. I love the food, and the staff and manager were kind. Highly recommend!
