Ali stopped by and bought delicious samples for our office. The fettuccini pasta and breadsticks are great! Everyone loved them. Can't wait to have them cater our next office luncheon.
Tommy at the Morristown, TN location was amazing! I've worked in customer service as a supervisor for many years and it's very rare that someone excels at speaking to and exceeding expectations! Please pass on the "great job" to him. I know it can seem far and few between to hear the good.
I used this Fazolis to cater an 80 person event and it went off flawlessly. Roberto was prompt responsive and gave excellent customer service.
Fazoli's offers delicious Italian cuisine with friendly customer service, though it operates primarily as a "ghost kitchen" with curbside pickup or in-store ordering only. The food is highly praised for being fast and affordable, and they often have online deals. The location features outside seating and attentive staff, making the dining experience pleasant. Customers have commented that the service is great, with staff often working hard to attend to multiple tables and provide excellent assistance. The owner’s personal delivery service and staff's friendly demeanor make Fazoli's a recommended option for a quick, tasty meal. The overall atmosphere is welcoming, and many appreciate the efficient service and good value.
