Ali stopped by and bought delicious samples for our office. The fettuccini pasta and breadsticks are great! Everyone loved them. Can't wait to have them cater our next office luncheon.
Very disappointed in the service. Ordered a catering order last night for pickup today at 11:30am and our order was not ready until 12:30pm. Not to mention I ordered extra alfredo sauce and they didnt provide the sauce and left us with a tiny side of marinara sauce. trying to get through customer service and no one can answer the phone
Tommy at the Morristown, TN location was amazing! I've worked in customer service as a supervisor for many years and it's very rare that someone excels at speaking to and exceeding expectations! Please pass on the "great job" to him. I know it can seem far and few between to hear the good.
