This restaurant deserves all the accolades. Shoutout to Jess at the bar and Gabby our server, but it’s a team effort. A wonderful experience and they went out of their way to make our anniversary special.“

“Tabby was in town and in usual Tabby flow she was exploring the atlasobscura website and came across The Consulate. As such, we decided to go. We had reservations for 06:15 on a Friday. Arriving about 20 minutes early as traffic happened to be light, we were able to be seated early without any issues. Upon entering the restaurant the hallway decor captures your attention as you focus on the selected hues of blue and artwork placement. Upon being seated we were immediately greeted by Cindy. Cindy arrived all smiles coupled with a huge personality and warm welcome. As this was our first time she took a moment to explain to us the menu selections, geographical inspiration, as well as answer the few questions we had about select items. Cindy’s education of the menu and experience with the foods added to the food deciding experience. Major shout out to Cindy. The ambiance of the restaurant is high energy, captivating and explorative. As you look around the restaurant it puts you in the mindset of being inside one of the classic true to theme castles in an Indiana Jones or Tomb Raider movie. LoL! At any moment Laura Croft could walk in and grab one of the items on display and head out for her next mission. LoL! I decided on the String Beans with a side of Mexican Rice and I was more than satisfied with the flavor profile of my meal. The string beans were flavor stacked with the slight sweet from the sauce and the spice from the peppers. The texture was spot on for a true sautéed experience as well as the portion was perfect… The Mexican rice paired well with the string beans as it provided a texture variation as well as it was seasoned well but not overpowering in comparison to the string beans. This was truly a 10/10 experience. The service, the environment, and the food were all superb. Whether for a personal 2 person dinner or after work friend vibe, The Consulate is truly a must try for any occasion.“

“Dexter was great and his drinks was even better. The service was excellent and he had everything times perfectly. The food was amazing and I definitely would recommend this for a date night girls night out or just solo date . They also have a live band on Fridays and she can sang honey. “I had an amazing first experience at The Capitol Grille! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. Our waiter, Brian, truly made the night exceptional—his service was attentive, friendly, and incredibly professional. He made great recommendations and checked in often without ever being intrusive. The food, drinks, and overall service were fantastic. Every dish was cooked perfectly, beautifully presented, and full of flavor. The cocktails were top-tier as well.
