The employees were rude. They stood around and talked to each other behind the counter. The young man who look like the supervisor and seem to be the only manager in charge, wasn’t helpful at all. I will not be back to this location.

It seems that this company must be slowly Going Out of business, since Regional managers or district managers fail to follow-up on serious customer complaints. After numerous emails back-and-forth with corporate, it's still seems they don't care about their customers. Unfortunate.Their loss is someone else's game with my business, along with all of my family and friends. This should be a lesson to other companies. Paying attention to customers that were treated badly and overcharged should be Be at the highest priority.

I came here for quick grab on a sandwich, ended up waiting 28 minutes and counting to just grab a sandwich so i can go to office and eat at my desk…will never be back here!!

Worst Firehouse, can't believe I'm saying this, but it's sadly true. Poor customer service, lack of attention. I get it I used to work in the food industry too, I didn't care for it so I left. Getting my order wrong then me asking to fix it doesn't warrant attitude. 2nd time I've been to this location and my last. IMO better locations are Silver comet location and Corporate blvd in lithia spgs. I've been to these locations multiple times always great service and it's correct the 1st time.Wheelchair accessibility: They have a ramp, not sure if doors are wide enough.
Ordered my sub at 1:40. It is now 2:12 and I still have no food. Talked to the managers and he said I will make it now. Wow.

Literally stood in front of the cashier for over 1 minute with him knowing I was there...while he finished his phone conversation with his girlfriend. He said nothing at all to me and looked at me like I was crazy when I said something to him. Like I was bothering his time. Everyone else around him was trying to work.

This delectable sandwich features hardwood-smoked pork and pepper jack cheese, generously topped with Firehouse's tangy Hawaiian coleslaw, all served on a King's Hawaiian sweet sandwich bun. To give it an extra kick, I added some jalapeños and onions.As a loyal Firehouse Subs fan who has sampled many items from their menu, I must say that this sandwich has become one of my absolute favorites, and I highly recommend it. When it comes to the store itself, the service has consistently been friendly and efficient. Orders placed in advance have always been ready upon my arrival or within just a few minutes, ensuring that the food is served hot, fresh, and delicious.What makes the experience even better is knowing that a portion of my purchase goes towards supporting Firehouse charities.
