Fred’s is counter service. Staff are friendly.
I got the Korean Cheesesteak on their recommendation. It was really fantastic - tastes like a great Philly cheesesteak with Korean spice layered in it. It has a really good heat but compliments the sandwich without overpowering the cheesesteak flavors.

The wait is inexcusable while every other person after the you served. If you order anything that isn't easy or immediately on hand they will deliberately skip your ticket. For two sandwiches it was 35 minutes(took 30 to get asked what my name was). Food was good(bread was okay). Would not recommend.

If you are going to go, and you don’t live next to Krog, I would not choose this location.
While not Fred’s fault, Krog Market sucks. It’s overly cramped, and less diverse than other market places; as a result you get an average sandwich in an upscale dumpster.
