I stop at one of these Freshens just about every time I’m in the ATL airport. I’ve rated them 1-star several times over the years because their service has been atrocious. It’s only fair I give them a good rating when things go well. Might be a fluke, but the person taking my order was very nice and ladies making food had good energy and I saw them handle a grumpy customer with kindness and respect. Hope the same is true next week.
Small shop, may become difficult to notice if you are in a hurry. Service is quick.
I ordered a Mexican Rice Bowl explicitly asking no chicken to be included. Just like Chipotle - pick your veggies. The bowl size is filling for one. Easy to carry. They also give a fork.
The beans were cooked well. Salsa was not spicy at all. Rice was also well cooked and filling.
Vegetarian options: Ask for only Veg option. They don't...
