Staff friendly. Vegan labeled options. I ordered 2 bowls and both were very good. I added tofu to one dish and liked the flavor. I like extra sauce so I always try to ask for some on the side. Located in Lenox Mall Food Court. Great location.

Absolutely understaffed! One guy on video taking orders and one poor worker making all the food. Management you are seriously lame! I paid for soup 20 minutes ago and no soup in sight.However when I finally got the spicy lemongrass soup it was very good and the server was so cool under pressure

This place is a hidden GEM in “The Hub” but the secret is out! The food was delicious. I wasn’t sure what I wanted but they waited graciously for me to order, and even offered a few amazing suggestions. The Manager Jermaine is a shining example of customer service, and this Freshii will definitely be my go to lunch spot.
