The website clearly states that they're open @ 7:30 AM. I placed my order online and a confirmation email stated my order would be ready by 8:22 AM. When I went to the area, the store wasn't even open! Nobody was there, the lights were off, and the gate was down. When I tried calling the number listed on their website and profile, it disconnected due to a phone change!
I've been waiting in line for my smoothie for 20 minutes. This is ridiculous. I could have gone to a full service restaurant and gotten my food faster than this. Let me be clear, the employees looked like they're working hard and are very nice, but they're overwhelmed. Either there needs to be a change in their system of making smoothies, or they need many more employees.
