The service and food were great! The waiter was very attentive. It was our anniversary and he made it a little extra special with a free dessert and a card. The card had a couple of collector pins in it. He went over and beyond to make our night special.
We had a great experience. Our server Tony was great! He was friendly, checked on us but didn't hover, brought us drinks before we ever ran out. Couldn't day enough good things about him or the food runner Mr. Turner! He spoke to my baby every time he walked by. Extremely friendly and made the experience even better. The Hard Rock is such a cool place to experience but staff can make or break it and these guys absolutely MADE it.
We went here last night for my daughter's 10th birthday celebration. The kiddos had an amazing time! They had great food and desserts. The only issue was the slow service for the kids table, compared to the adult table. One of the waiters was amazing and the other was subpar at best. However, it was still a great evening, nonetheless! And, my daughter got a loving and warm happy birthday towards the end!
