This was a seamless experience! The customer service at check in was exceptional as well as on the 10th floor! I had an appointment at 10, and had my passport by 1:30-same day! The only downfalls were the parking garage fees being ridiculously high ($37.98 for 4 hours) &the city smelling like a poop filled porta potty simmering in the Summer heat!
This has been the most efficient government agency that I EVER visited. Professional, polite and extremely timely.
Best passport agency ever. This place saved my honeymoon. I had a ripped passport and couldn’t visit Mexico the day of my honeymoon, so I went here to fix my passport dilemma and they fixed it immediately (the same day). Staff was empathetic, professional, speedy, and helpful. I HIGHLY recommend this place. Lifesavers.
