Stopped by on a whim just to try some wings. They didn't have wings at the time, so I ordered a 4 bone meal with collards and mac and cheese. The ribs were delicious, the collards with pigtails were VERY good... not overcooked to mush, and still had a nice bite to them. The pitmaster gave me a slice of brisket on the house and it was incredibly tender. I am not big on BBQ sauce in general, but their sauce has a nice bit of heat to it. Also! Owners are super nice. You see smoke coming out of the back and walk in and immediately get that good BBQ vibe and both of these things lead you in the right direction. This is a true gem and was so delicious. I've had BBQ in many of the big cities in Texas, Memphis, NC, and this place holds its own with the best of them. I had the pulled pork sandwich which was overflowing with both meat and flavor.
