Goldberg’s Bagel Company & Deli

This is a PSA to the potential customers and the owner. We love our Goldberg’s in Toco Hill just so you know. We stopped here to get coffee and bagels before our flight. Tuesday, October 14th at 10:30 am to be exact. After we paid for our order, they told us they were out of coffee which happens, I’m sure. Although, they are mainly in business for bagels and coffee… I digress. We were in a hurry to make the flight but the cashier woman was so rude and unhelpful. She was dancing in between customers and loudly complaining about the paying customers in from of them! No sense of urgency at all. Looking at the number of 1-star reviews, it’s not surprising. What's surprising is that this is still going on after so many reviews calling the employees out.

Check your meal to ensure that they actually give you what you pay for.
After confirming twice with the cashier, they still left off the cream cheese and capers on the lox bagel. $20 for a dry bagel with a skimpy piece of salmon.

Rude service overall, ordered a hot chocolate and a bagel with butter, nothing complicated. Made me wait over 15min, and it wasn’t packed. Had to ask for my order and woman at register got an attitude and started bad mouthing me in front of others because she claimed she didn’t take the order. Rude service overall. Not worth the money or the hassle, specially when you’re supposed to be enjoying a flight. Giving one star was me being generous. I suggest you teach your workers manners and if you’re not a morning person maybe don’t work there at all

Half the breakfast bagel was thrown away, the customer service is non existent, I also ordered a blueberry muffin that was absolutely horrible and inedible. The muffin was literally mushy and soggy.

Rudest experience of my life. The lady working there snapped at me for “busting in with my bags” and to get to the other side of the divider (on the outside of usual) then when I ordered, she told the girl how to ring it up but was wrong. I tried to say what I wanted again and she cut me off, saying “I’m talking to HER ma’am.” I started walking out and she continued to antagonize me, saying, “don’t be coming to Atlanta with that attitude…” I told her she was rude and she said I was rude and not to come up in there like that. Shocking behavior. I told her to get a job she doesn’t hate.

Terrible experience. They gave me a bagel so hard it broke the bracket on my braces . I went back to get another bagel untoasted and the energy they gave was like I’m inconveniencing them . Like they weren’t at a job they applied for and getting paid to be there . A $5 bagel is going to cost me $250 at the dentist . As I write this I’m more irritated . Let me find the number to corporate.

Wonderful breakfast spot in atlanta airport! Jalepeño Cheddar Bagel and Bacon Egg and Cheese were delicious and huge portions! Would come again.:)

There was mold on my bagel. They did kindly refund my money.
