Tiyon couldn’t be bothered to let me know i had cheese options and when i ask after paying10 for a BAC refused to remake it, if you dont wanna do ur job cool but why clock in?

(A gate at Atlanta airport, 7AM 3/19/25) I'm so disappointed. I always stop here to get a breakfast sandwich when at the Atlanta airport. $12 for a hard microwaved bagel and burnt egg and cheese. It was so hot I didn't open til I got to my gate so I couldn't even go back to show them it was inedible. Also, the cashier clearly was miserable and even when passing the food that was ready out they were so confusing. Looking at me while handing holding out the bag but it was another person's order.

Very disappointed, If you are hungry and want a bagel, sandwich and a coffee don't come here, is not worthy, you can tell they dont care about the quality of the food and service they charge me $16.00 for one slice of bread with one slice of pimento cheese and even that I wanted a small coffee they told me they never have small-sized coffee I have to buy the biggest coffee that's almost double the price of a regular coffee.

Never in my life that I ever wished a company to shut its doors, but this is the one. It's apparent that neither the corporate nor the franchise owners do not care about the integrity of the restaurant and this location is purely treated as a cash cow for airport customers who have no choice but to consume the food here. I would strongly suggest going hungry. I don't know how the owners and management look at themselves in the mirror and feel no sense of shame and regret. Why beat a dead horse, look at the reviews, horrible food, is overpriced. No customer service, it's just the biggest blight at this airport. If you can easily steal from hard-working Americans without any sense of shame, who knows what else this company is capable of? Stay away. RUN AWAY. Go to McDonalds. I'm serious. It's that atrocious.

Probably one of the worst bagels I’ve had. Even for airport food this was pretty bad. I added egg to my bagel which cost almost $4 and you can see the little bit of egg that was added - didn’t even cover the full bagel. I also got a latte and the coffee tasted burnt. I will give them that the line moves pretty quickly. Would recommend trying a different spot for breakfast in the Atlanta airport.

At the airport the credit card terminal only works with swiping, but my card would not swipe so they refused to serve me.Nasty customer service.

Intensely mediocre, but what can you really expect from a quick breakfast at an airport… That said, it’s not the worse airport breakfast I’ve had, that’s for sure.
