Went for a visit today and the women behind the counter we super friendly and polite!

The cookies... Wow amazing taster by far the best cookies I have ever tried! 😋

This cookie store was near my hotel and when I was taking a walk I found this store. I first got some chocolate chip cookies and when I ate them, soft, chewy, delicious! These were really good and the other day when I came back from the match one of the workers gave me a free cookie! I would love to thank this place for its great soft and chewy cookies and there nice workers there!

We came by for a sweet treat after lunch and we could see them making cookies fresh. We got an assortment to try and they were soft and delicious as well as affordable. One of the few places in this city.

I'm not big on cookies, but our hotel was nearby. As we were walking around, I saw this establishment. Their cookies are thin, but they're extremely soft! We got a little bit of everything to try! They were all pretty good!

Great American Cookie? More like Great American Disappointment. I was excited to relive that classic cookie cake experience, but what I got was a sad, paper-thin excuse for a cookie cake. It’s painfully obvious they’ve decided to cut corners and put profits over quality. This isn’t the thick, chewy, nostalgic treat we all grew up loving—this is a cash grab. If I wanted a glorified cookie sheet, I would’ve baked one myself for a fraction of the price. Do better.

7/2025 I don’t know if this young man was the owner or the manager but I would like to thank Mohamed for making a wrong right. If you’re not the owner, you should be and if you’re the manager, you definitely deserve a raise. For your professionalism I’m changing my review to 5 stars. Thank you again……..1/15/2025 Thank you for ruining my birthday!!!! I was so excited to redeem my reward for my free slice that I came all the way from the airport area to your location in traffic. Only to get to the counter have my coupon rung up and to be charged for the slice that was suppose to be free. I asked the clerk to call the manager or the owner since he clearly saw that I was supposed to receive the free slice. He refused to help even when I told him it was my birthday. I also told him how far I came and that I also paid for parking outside of their establishment. And since he scanned my coupon, I could no longer use it anywhere else so I couldn’t go to another location . I am highly disappointed because I come to this location quite often because I deliver in the area. If this is how you treat your loyalty customers I pray for the ones who aren’t. There was also another customer in there who offered to buy me the cookie slice. She wanted to know if she could get it as part of the buy one get one free special and he told her that she couldn’t. All around messed up day thank you so much.

The young man working was very nice & helpful gave him a few dollars tip

No updates on Google or a sign in the door. Bet a bunch of youngns run it. Great American cookies is slowly dwindling. (Not so great anymore)

Ordered a cookie via Uber eats, a cookie slice that I paid $20 for and it arrived with NO cream on it. The most HIDEOUS thing I ever seen. I’m actually afraid to touch it.

Fix your online hours. It says you close at 9 and the doors are locked at 8

I came in to pickup my cookie cake order and they told me they had just gotten the order, which wasn’t true. I was told I couldn’t use the restroom but they did offer me a free cookie

Ordered an m and m cookie cake and it was delivered without m and Ms baked in. It was apparent that they forgot and threw on m and Ms after the fact rather than using the m and m cookie dough. Every single m and m is loose and rolling around the surface of the cake and box. We called the manager, Cheyenne, and she was very rude, acted like what we were saying was incorrect, and then hung up on us. We order cookie cakes 2-3 times a year and know what a cake with m and Ms baked in is supposed to look like. She told us that the cake may have been too warm when she decorated it, which doesn’t make sense since the icing had no issues and also, the m and Ms are supposed to be baked in so how does a warm cake during decorating explain loose m and ms. Extremely disappointed with the product and especially the customer service.
