Ordered a cookie via Uber eats, a cookie slice that I paid $20 for and it arrived with NO cream on it. The most HIDEOUS thing I ever seen. I’m actually afraid to touch it.
Fix your online hours. It says you close at 9 and the doors are locked at 8

I came in to pickup my cookie cake order and they told me they had just gotten the order, which wasn’t true. I was told I couldn’t use the restroom but they did offer me a free cookie

Ordered an m and m cookie cake and it was delivered without m and Ms baked in. It was apparent that they forgot and threw on m and Ms after the fact rather than using the m and m cookie dough. Every single m and m is loose and rolling around the surface of the cake and box. We called the manager, Cheyenne, and she was very rude, acted like what we were saying was incorrect, and then hung up on us. We order cookie cakes 2-3 times a year and know what a cake with m and Ms baked in is supposed to look like. She told us that the cake may have been too warm when she decorated it, which doesn’t make sense since the icing had no issues and also, the m and Ms are supposed to be baked in so how does a warm cake during decorating explain loose m and ms. Extremely disappointed with the product and especially the customer service.

This Great American Cookie location is great! As I do every year I order my daughter's birthday cookie cake from here. However, the Atlantic station location closed I was sorry to hear. So this was my first time going to this location. The gentleman Mr. Remixx took my order over the phone and when I went to pick up my order he didn't disappoint me! The Cookie cake looked so pretty and yummy! He was very kind and professional. I'll definitely be back. Great job guys ?

I ordered a cookie cake for my girlfriend's birthday. I used my phone to customize it and picked it up 2 hours later. The employee was polite and there were no mistakes with my order.

FRUSTRATING. THAT'S WHAT THIS PLACE IS!I sent an email first, exposing my frustration and they didn't care. So here it's!I paid over $60 for a cookie cake, which I ordered 15 days in advance. However, I never received any communication regarding the cake's appearance or any other details. The only notification I got was a text informing me that the delivery had been CANCELED (by UBER), citing that "they couldn't find the address." What a joke! While I understand that the delivery service is handled by a third-party vendor, I would have expected at least a call from the store with the driver's information or a call directly from the driver. BY THE WAY, THE ADDRESS WAS EXTREMELY EASY TO FIND, AS IT IS A WEDDING VENUE IN ATLANTA.Upon calling the store minutes after receiving the cancellation text, the lady on the phone said they were "too busy on a Saturday night" to assist me, and I had to deal with the driver, despite me having no information about them.I then attempted to contact UBER for support, but they were unable to assist me since I was not the individual who initiated the delivery request in the first place.Do you want a personalized cookie cake? Go to Publix!

Store was unkept and staff unprofessional. On arrival, the worker was on a FaceTime call and while checking us out. The cookies also were not good, which is surprising for a cookie store. They were flat, slightly undercooked and tasted bland. Do not recommend, much better dessert places around.

Worst cookies I’ve purchased, old, hard, inedible.
