Service by Christina for our dozen diners was quick, courteous, and efficiently taken care of. Food arrived promptly. Appetizer Nacho was the only slight issue. They were served just before the meals came. The value for a small serving of Nachos is a reason not to order. The personnel worked well with busing, food handlers and assist Manager Javon all pitching in. Recommend for casual relaxed dining.

I asked for no onions on my burger and there were onions. The receipt also didn't say no onions so not sure if it was the waiter who I input incorrectly or if someone else input it. Nothing I hate more than to have to pick stuff off my food that I requested to be left off. The bartender was great!! I should have gotten her name!!

Good was EXCELLENT! Service was great. Our waitress was very attentive and friendly. We were seated within 10 mins and didn't have to wait long for our food.

It was a poor experience from start to finish. Once we were seated, it was at least 20 minutes before our service came to take our order. We ordered drinks, appetizer, and entree. Our food came out before our drinks. Our drinks finally came out when we were nearly finished. I ordered a noodle bowl. When it arrived, it had no noodles. It was a very disappointing experience.

Disclaimer, we visit for the atmosphere as it's one of my boyfriend's favorite places and we visit the ones in the towns we travel to. We were seated at a table & the server forgot us. We know this, because we eventually moved ourselves to the end of the bar, next to the hostess stand and overheard the young man talking to the host staff & then witnessed him going to check on the table we had been seated at. The service was still just ok, once we moved to the bar, however, we were at the end and getting the server's attention at times was difficult, even when they were only a few feet away. The food was excellent. It came out hot, fresh, and was hand delivered by the chef. It is the typical hard rock food and even though the menu is getting better, it's nothing to write home about. A 3rd party photogragher was there that night taking pictures. It was a super nice gesture to be selected since it was my boyfriend's birthday. We did buy the photo's.

Visiting from out of town. Love the atmosphere. Ice did a great job with our service. Food was good, although the portions seemed pretty small. Ordered the fajitas. Also the the brownie sundae which is huge.

Walked in, put name on the list and sat at bar for 20 minutes as staff didn't help us or ask for anything. This place has terrible service. The manager has a policy where you can't sit at dirty tables but they never clear them for seating. This is not worth your time. Go anywhere else, even the hooters across the street if you want to eat or be served. I'm writing this as I watch the servers blatantly make eye contact and not serve us. I'm well dressed and patiently waiting for those of you wanting details.

We wound up here due to a dead car battery in a nearby deck. I won’t say I’m glad, But it was a pleasant surprise.
The place is really well done inside and the food was good. Jamal was our bartender and He really helped me what was a very frustrating experience less so.
We will be back. We would never have gone to a hard rock otherwise they have gained a customer
