It's super nice to be there, good service and the food is as it should be in the real Hard Rock Café style, so if you're on the edges, please go by and remember to buy some suvaincers with home as a memory! :)

Great experience for a party of 9. Server was polite and attentive and the atmosphere was clean and family friendly. We went on a Saturday night around 5p.

We went for dessert, and ordered a couple of sundaes. They seemed to forget our order and when I followed up, they explained they'd run out of the serving dishes for the sundae. In the end, the size of one was so big, that I cancelled the order for the second one. It has lots of ice cream, cream, choc cake and choc syrup.

My experience customer service wise here was absolutely awful… I came in for one drink after a very long and tiring 12 hour shift and the staff rolled their eyes when I inquired about a healthcare worker discount …. This is disappointing and unacceptable and I will not be returning and spending my hard earned money !!! Do better hard rock !!!
