My partner and I went to get take out, there is no parking other than valet so they squeeze take out orders in the front lot. We called and ordered and they said it would be an hour for 2 chicken wing orders, we show up an hour later and they still had not put our order in causing us to wait an extra 30 minutes for fried wings. We understand this location is new but walked 1.5 hours for some chicken wings is crazy, not to mention $10 valet parking in the area. Fine dining costs...
My experience at Harold’s was amazing. Our bar tender Kola and Phew were amazing and really catered to our needs. They were professional and knowledgeable about the items on the menu. The food was delicious and fresh! We will definitely be back for our happy hour occasions. Thank you guys!!!
Our server Ace was very friendly and helpful, she constantly checked on us and brought refills without being asked. Food was good and the owner was awesome and I even encouraged her to open a Harold's in Detroit, MI. 😆.
