Went after the St Patrick's Day Parade. It was a gorgeous day to check out a rooftop. There weren't many people up there. It took some time to find the access door, as it's on the 6th floor but you have to walk a long way down a hallway and turn by the bathrooms to get to the door for the rooftop restaurant area, not a lot of signage.
