My husband, two year old daughter and I had brunch at Hobnob. No coloring paper or crayons for our kiddo, but they had a high chair. Our waitress only checked on us a few times. Our order came out correctly, was tasty but we found a long black hair in each plate of food…needless to say it was difficult to keep eating after those discoveries. We mentioned it to the waitress in an effort to bring awareness to it. She asked if we were good and we said yes. We didn’t ask for our check to be reduced since we had already eaten about 50% of our food before we found the hairs, but I do wish I had asked her to tell the kitchen staff to ensure they were practicing food safety. Hopefully this post will encourage them to look into that.

Omg! Ronelle took care of our family so well!!! It was a lot of us and we are definitely a hand full, but she handled us with patience, a great personality, and a beautiful smile!!! I give Ronelle 5 stars and if I could give more i would! I'll definitely be back!

Ronelle was our attendant. She was very pleasant, efficent and extra -ordinary. If not used as the trainer, I highly recommend her for the task. Our party was large and require a great deal of attention. That didn’t bother her at all.
