So Freaking Rude! I visited the Sandy Springs location. It was going to be my first time eating there. The place was completely empty and the store clerk was turning off a light and looked like he was shutting the place down. We walked in and asked if the place open, he rudely gestured at the door we just walked through. I asked again, and he shook his head yes. We continued to the counter and I looked at the food. The clerk disappeared into the back. I had heard the place had ribs and was looking on the menu for them . My husband asked the clerk if they had ribs, I was looking down and did not hear a response. He did not respond until I look up and stared at him, then he sheepishly stated that they were frozen. My husband later told me that he had originally just pointed to the refrigerator. He was just so nasty for no reason. I could see why the place was empty!

HBH in Dunwoody…Not sure if they heard me or just was not paying attention. I ordered turkey sandwich with their honey mustard… why the hell they added mayonnaise… I absolutely despise mayo.. now not edible for me. I also ordered the 3 garlic turkey, cheddar sliders. That was a bust! The meat tasted old. No garlic flavoring on any of my sliders, then had the nerve to add pickles… do not waste your hard earn $10 on those sliders! I usually go to HBH on Lavista Rd… I definitely will be taking my business back to them. Over $21 for nothing… This honey baked ham In Dunwoody I will not visit this store again!

This is my least fav location because the people here always look unhappy and just miserable but today took the cake. The girl is moving boxes and handling a price/label gun and then proceeds to immediately go in the kitchen to make my food with the same gloves. No thank you. Please refund me.

Terrific staff! Team went above and beyond to ensure my prepaid order was fulfilled. Very happy. I'm picking up food for my company holiday party in a week--will definitely be back!

I placed a prepaid order expecting all of the items to be available when I arrived. However, once I arrived to pick it up, I was informed that one of the items I ordered wasn't available. I didn't receive any notice prior to arriving that this was the case. This company seems to take advantage of people by giving false assurance that you can trust them to provide you with a holiday meal of your choice. My advice is to give yourself plenty of time after your scheduled pickup so that you can get a refund and make alternative plans if this happens. I, unfortunately, scheduled my pickup to Thanksgivings' Eve. But, I did pre-order and pre-pay. To Honey Baked Ham, that means nothing.

Decent place to order holiday hams but the sandwiches are dry and the side dishes are inedible, Try the bagel place in the same strip plaza. It's much better. The employees are nice and friendly, but the service can be painstakingly slow. (Cumberland location.)

Food and service is always good. Atmosphere is typically dry...lol. I frequently visit, I just take my food to go.

I come here oxalate, and keep forgetting to get pictures of the sandwiches, before I dug in! I always love that their food is classic! You know the quality you're getting, up front - because.. It's Honey Baked Ham. Their service is already courteous and the dining area is always clean, with tables being well-spaced. It's also good to know that their trademark sauces, family-size entrees, and desserts are always available did purchase, just in case you don't want to wait for the Holidays, to savor those flavors.BON APPÉTIT

I used to frequent Honey Baked Ham often, so they have always been good to me! I decided to get some for lunch. I ordered The Honey Baked sandwich with chips. It was delicious, but the meat to bread ratio was totally off. The one slice was not enough. This used to never be the case. Maybe because I hadn't been here for a while, they must have changed the meat ratios, and the price, among everything else in the economy, went up!Sandwhich $10Chips $2It def was disappointing and did not hit the spot and wasn't worth a $10 sandwich! It felt like I was eating bread only.

Bought the sliced ham. A pound. It looked like it was about half of normal size in past. The plate was DIRTY! I think it may have been a returned package or something. The ham looked old. Quality seems to be going down.

Honey Baked Ham food made me sick. I purchased over $200 of food for Christmas and Super Bowl. I was sick for 2 weeks after Christmas and again after the Super Bowl. We had the brisket for Super Bowl. It smelled funny. I thought it was the BBQ sauce. We could not eat it. It was spoiled. No wonder it was half price. I'm glad I saved some for testing. I also saved the wrapping. Should I send it to the FDA?I called their customer service number and was treated extremely rudely. After about an hour on the phone, I was told to call another number. That number was not in service. When I call back, I was asked the same questions again, another hour or so on the phone & told to call one of two numbers. One was disconnected. I called the second number I was told they had me in the system and someone would call me back. That was 3 weeks ago and no call. I was on these calls over 3 hours. I was sick for over 2 1/2 weeks. I was on the phone for over 3 hours. No calls nothing. I have been buying there hams for about 20 years & lately I've noticed the quality has been going downhill. My next ham is coming from Costco. NOT Honey Baked.

Honey Baked Ham is pretty good for a chain restaurant. First the food, my choice was the honey baked ham sandwich with Swiss cheese, tomato, and lettuce on ciabatta bread. See picture. Really good and like the sweetness of the ham. Very filling and variety of chips to go with the sandwich. Friendly and helpful server during lunch hour with about 5 minute wait for my order. Relatively small space inside to dine and seemed like a lot of folks were doing take out. This is busy shopping area and conveniently located slightly OTP. Lots of free parking. It shares a lot with REI, and can get your outdoor gear there. Definitely worth a stop if you are in the area.

My family always picks up a ham for Thanksgiving, and they've never been anything but excellent! They have a good number of options, and they don't just sell in bulk. You can stop here for single meals, and while I've never taken advantage of their daily menu, I've only heard good things. I'm not even a huge fan of pork products, but their ham is fantastic.

Salty ham sammich. Tea tasted like the container wasn't properly cleaned. Woman running store had ear buds in and wasn't as attentive as she could have been. 4/5. I didn't get my chips either.Wheelchair accessibility: Level entrance
