Chin the poorly trained store manager has horrible customer service. I placed a door dash order and call the store to speak to confirm they had my order correct. Chin confirmed my order but it was not prepared as ordered. I called the store and spoke with Chin and he told me the kitchen didn’t prepare it correctly because of a .50 difference. Chin did not have any resolutions other than to tell me to come to the store to pick up a cup of sauce or purchase a new Order. Chin is clueless and needs to learn how to manage a business. The food was soggy and disgusting. I do not recommend supporting this business, they don’t give a damn about the community they serve.

So a lady was taking my order, after I had paid, she started sneezing and then wiped her nose with her hand twice, instead of her hands, she went on break touching the drink machine and other things around, s guy came up from the back to send her on her break, I told him, he said something to her, and the way she acted was if she did not care, but he did tell me she would not go near my food, this can cause people to get sick

Touchdown wings taste good but I'm tired of FAKE FROZEN ? FRIES,I want real potatoes ?--im tired of big thick AZZ bread in sandwiches give us choices wheat or white ,then salads not be on point,and I'm tired of fake colored drinks I want real fruit ? ? They cook and touch raw food with no glove or washing their hands! Smoking cigarettes in the back with the doors open! Flying insects in the kitchen area! This place should be shutdown! They serve you some fish and say its catfish which it isn't! I mean all the fish has an egg/fart kinda smell to it! I couldn't even eat my fish or fries because they were refried! If I hadn't worked in the food industry before,I wouldn't have noticed all these things! Do not eat here period!!!

When you call in a order it's supposed to be ready and u pay for it.they say you got to pay for it first what the sense in calling in. I might as well just come on in never heard nothing like that . And the young lady hung up on me
