“I had an excellent experience at the IHOP at Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta Airport. The waitress (I sort of remember her name sounding like Tanisha but I could be wrong) provided outstanding service from the moment I walked in. She greeted me right away and told everyone walking in that if we wanted to eat there, we could sit anywhere and she would come over to take our order.

What really stood out was that she seemed to be doing everything—greeting customers, taking orders, serving, handling the register, and checking on tables. Despite being so busy, she remained friendly, attentive, and professional.

I especially appreciated the genuine conversation and the way she made me feel welcomed rather than rushed. She truly went above and beyond, and her service made our experience memorable. IHOP is fortunate to have someone who takes such pride in caring for customers. Excellent service!
I would have liked the menu more if you’d add caffeine free sugar free drink choices like diet/sugar free sprite or diet/sugar free ginger ale.“
