Came here a little after 11p on a Saturday, I didn't know this IHOP was here, the parking lot is tight. It was crowded inside, I guess people were leaving the parties. The entire crew moved as a unit getting people seated and serving. The kitchen crew was on point they were fast. IHOP has been falling off because of the other spots I've been to, but this one, showed how I remembered IHOP should be. And for a Saturday night, impressive. Good job y'all keep it up.

Not recommended!! One of the waitresses served us Shaniyah Nothing friendly, it took a while with the food, two more tables arrived with us, they were attended to quickly and with our table it took more than 20 minutes to bring our order, I really don't recommend it! 😞

Please be honest! Refund, please. I ordered it mobile in advance and I went there to pick it up. They said that strawberry smoothies ran out of it, and I didn't get any other smoothie. I thought that they would make a refund on it. I saw that they were modifying the receipt, and I put my signature on it. So I believed them. But they didn't. I didn't get a refund even after 4 days. I'm busy, and I don't want to consume energy on calling about it. Please be honest with customers. Customers pretend to unrecognize, but we all know.

Service differs during day and night. The stars given are for a good experience I previously had, but I came tonight and was forgotten about. I was seated and waited very long. I eventually realized no one was coming and had to get the attention of another employee to get our order taken. Drinks came out last and order ended up incorrect. Service of the employee who took our order was kind, but everything else was disappointing.
