It was very disappointed. Food was great as always but the server was very rude and messy. We always leave very good tip whatever we go, however, the server never gave us silverware, my husband had to go and get it himself. Took the syrup from our table while in the middle of eating our pancakes, did not offer refills, did not give us part of the food, and so on… it was such a disaster. She did not show us the bill and just gave us a customer copy but not the restaurant copy. The manager when we call her did not do anything about it and never show up her face anymore, and we waited for a long time.

The waiter was fine, but my food was not at serving temperature. My pancake was cold and I had to send it back, which I rarely do. The egg (lol)was runny and lukewarm. The combos are limited and did not include what I usually order. The 2 +2+2 has been replaced with a sparse sampler. It needs to be replaced and the 2+2....... option needs to return. I used to enjoy IHOP but this recent experience does not assure a return anytime soon.

I contacted the store over 10 times and no one answered just wanted to make sure they put gravy in my bag due to when I ordered last there was no gravy with my meal which comes with the meal which is the whole reason for the meal I have been constantly hung up on by the store without even a hello or greeting as to me the customer on the other end

I placed an online order with IHOP being delivered through DoorDash. After waiting over 1 hour and 30 minutes I called DoorDash and discovered that the delivery driver had gone offline and my order had been sitting at IHOP. Nobody from IHOP bothered to contact me and let me know nor did IHOP bother to reassign the order or take steps to get my order delivered.
The only idea they thought of to attempt to make it right was to re deliver my cold food. This has been the worst customer service I’ve received. And this is Atlanta. I will never again place an order with IHOP located at Ponce de Leon. Atlanta has people in positions that do not possess the skills to manage said position. Get better.

Woo, they were litty at this IHOP! I loved it! I popped in to do some work and eat breakfast while my daughter was at a youth workshop hosted by Danie B. Caring’s organization (Danie B. radio host on V103). The place was packed and I scanned the room looking for the best place I could post up with the least distractions. The host saw me looking for a seat, lol, and guided me to a perfect spot in the corner that faced a window. She kept calling it the “VIP” section ☺️ I’ll take it! I ordered my go-to; a bowl of grits, hash browns, a fillet of salmon, and a biscuit with strawberry jam. Oh and a cup of coffee. Yum-oh! Everything was fresh and the salmon was cooked well.
I don’t remember my server’s name, but she beamed true Atlanta authenticity. Her hair was cut in a cute short pixie style, and she had the natural swag of someone kin to my hometown. She may have also been the manager on that shift.

Not professional at all, waiter said to my significant other & I “oh I know yall got money I know yall gone leave a big tip” when he barely deserved a dollar! I can’t believe I’m so displeased & I never write reviews but I had too ! Go to a diner instead. Morgan was my waiter believe , good energy but horrible service. A complete recipe for disaster! I definitely wish this wasn’t my experience
