Everything is good, but it would have been better if the milkshake was cold. Presentation on the food could improve as well as being served in a timely manner when there are low customers and more workers.

I eat at different Ihops and this one over the years has degraded immensely. This last visit there absolutely nothing remarkable. My server, she was not welcoming, slightly attitudinal, as opposed the gentle serving in the other section. I observed him being friendly, welcoming and attentive. The food was sub IHOP standard, pancakes and grits both sub par. The building is not clean both inside and out.
