I love their veggie hotdog — it’s so delicious! It’s made from a medley of real veggies instead of soy-based processed meat. Unfortunately, the last few times I’ve gone, they didn’t have it, and I really hope it hasn’t been discontinued. It was definitely one of my favorite quick bites at IKEA!

Don't go here. I called on the phone and was told I was able to go in store and return an item without a receipt for under $50. Drove in, waited for 45min, talked to the store manager at the time who shut me down immediately and said , NO RECIEPT, NO RETURN and immediately turned his back and walked off. I asked if he was going to help and he said, I already told you to go and that we can't help. This happened on 10th sept at about 4.30pm

I stopped in for the first time on a Saturday afternoon. It looked like most of the food was gone, as it was around 1pm. I got a chocolate pie, meatballs, mashed potatoes mixed veggies and mac and cheese. The meatballs were ok, not horrible, but nothing special. Potatoes were ok, I didn't care for the mac and cheese. I would give the dessert a 5 star rating though, it was fantastic, and glad I ended the meal with that.

They only had one employee working the service line and one cashier. It's way too big an operation for that.

Very very disappointed, the IKEA cafe formatted nothing like the ones I've been to. Very long lines, no self-service, very few options to pick from, I don't think the employees are paid very well they were very overworked and tired looking. Most of the Ikea is not cleaned and is very drab and sad feeling.

Ikea usually a really fun place to come but this one was extremely disappointing, do not plan on returning soon unless things improve.

The IKEA cafeteria is a convenient place to grab a bite while working your way through the showroom. It offers quick, practical food that fits the setting and keeps you moving.

The options are simple, affordable, and exactly what you’d expect. Whether it’s a plate of meatballs or just a snack and coffee, it’s a solid choice for a mid-shopping break.

I visited this place for the first time about a year ago, and I was truly impressed. There was such a wide variety of food, they even had fried sweet plantains and so many more delicious options. I left thinking I would come back every day of the week if I could.

Unfortunately, my experience this past Saturday was the complete opposite. It was honestly terrible. There were only meatballs, fish, rice, mashed potatoes, and a few small pieces of cake. All the portions were extremely small, and the drink machine was broken only Coca-Cola, water, and two kinds of sparkling soda were available. Everything else wasn’t working. On top of that, the coffee machine was also out of order.

The contrast between my first visit and this recent one was really disappointing. After this last experience, I don’t think I’ll be coming back again.

I just come here to eat some food, while budgeting my pockets, today i ordered the veggie scallion, it was good to me,I liked it. ($3.09) for 2 as a side. This was my breakfast, 2 veggie scallion, 3 apples, 1 cup of sparkling pear, lemon drink.

Food is fine, but the downstairs Ice cream machine is always down. Atleast for 4-5 times I’ve checked. I’m not convinced it’s ever up. Also why let me check out if it’s not working

The meatballs were cold, and the potatoes tasted like they came directly from a box with no salt. I was shocked.

Drove over an hour to the Atlanta store and purchased a dresser on 12/26. Contacted them on 12/27 because it was missing pieces. They said they would ship them to us. Contacted them again on 1/18 bc they shipped the wrong pieces. They said they would ship them out and we would have them in 3-5 days. Contacted them again on 2/4. Now the pieces are out of stock. The dresser cannot be put together without these pieces. It is completely unusable. They arranged for the dresser to be picked up Friday 2/7 and a new dresser delivered 2/8. Morning of 2/7 I called to confirm dresser was being picked up. They told me the pick up and subsequent delivery had been cancelled and I would need to contact the store directly for resolution. There is no number for the store. I asked for the number and they said they couldn’t give it to me. I have searched high and low and there is not a phone number to contact the Atlanta IKEA store. At this point it’s been six weeks and my daughter does not have a usable dresser in her apartment. The customer service is absolutely awful and it is asinine that I cannot call the store and speak to someone there to resolve this when customer service is telling me the only way to resolve a store-bought purchase is with the actual store. I am beyond frustrated and will never purchase anything from IKEA again. If anyone reading this happens to have a way to contact the Atlanta store will you please give it to me? At this point, I’m ready to dispute it on my credit card. I don’t know what else to do. Absolutely the worst company to deal with ever.

Been coming here since this IKEA opened up. Never felt compelled to leave a review until now. The restaurant is falling apart. The coffee machine never works (so much for the free coffee) and they’re always out of sauce and sauce cups. It feels like the staff have simply given up. Disappointed. This is not the IKEA experience I’ve known and loved for years.
