Phenomenal food, service and value for the money. I've used instead of flowers a lot over the years and they've never disappointed. Their customer service goes above and beyond to accommodate at every turn. Family that I send to has anaphylaxis food allergies and they go out of their way to be safe and ensure food allergy requirements are met.Yeah, they're a little on the spendy side, but it's money well spent and you definitely get what you pay for. Especially recommend for the hard to buy for types, as pretty much everyone loves getting a good meal delivered to their door.

Most of the food was delicious. Did not like my main entre, which was the Mango Chicken. It needs more seasoning and a sauce. Everything else was delicious and the service was excellent. I had to pick up my food because they do not deliver in Clayton County, but they will ship.

Just finished the delicious meal that Instead of Flowers delivered. They more than exceeded my expectations. I received a gift certificate from a friend and I did my personal ordering online. There was lots to choose from but ultimately I chose the Seafood Creole, julienne vegetables, and potatoes Au gratin. It was a dinner for 2 which also included a mandarin salad, rolls and cappuccino bars. We had plenty of food left over. The seafood creole was full of seafood and fish. The bars were so delicious. The delivery time was within a 3 hour period and the driver arrived on time within that period. The food comes in a reusable insulated zippered bag. I happened to arrive home exactly when driver pulled up. Easy peasy . I now have a new company to use when food is more appreciated than flowers. My family and friends will appreciate food from Instead of Flowets. I know I did.

Phenomenal meal. We have purchased/redeemed several meals for ourselves plus have “gifted “ several meals. We love the quality food (better than many upscale restaurants) and receive rave “thank yous” from gifted meal. Plus a great service team!!!

Today Jenny just topped it off by patiently taking 3 revisions of our Thanksgiving order which was SO much nicer than doing it online. She led me to special items I had missed and helped with alterations to meet our needs.The food's deliver taste, quantity and presentation usually do not disappoint.This makes excellent gifts as well!

Extremely expensive for the amount of food that you get. The cheapest that you can buy is a meal for two for $86, and indeed that's what you get, a meal for two. It is cheaper going out for dinner for two people than buying this. We were gifted a gift card and payed a little extra in order to taste two different dishes. The quality of the food is really good though. Still really pricey in our opinion.

We got a meal as a gift from my very thoughtful co-workers after a family member was in the hospital. Not only was the meal delicious, but Rod, the owner, personally called to say that he would be dropping off the meal a bit later than expected (due to a driver being in an accident-hope he is okay!!). Great customer service and a wonderful treat during a stressful time. Thank you, we will be gifting this fantastic idea in the near future to other families!

This is such a great idea! My husband's employer sent us a meal following his surgery and I'm so glad to have gotten a meal rather than flowers. The food was tasty, packaged so carefully and included everything we needed including instructions. I also appreciated that they had vegetarian options for us since we don't eat meat. I will definitely use them should the need arise.

I received a gift certificate from my job. The food on the menu wasn't appealing to me so I ordered all desserts. Most were tasty but very small in size for the price. The crust on some of the cheesecake was burned.

Had a situation with this company. However, they were wonderful to work with to help me understand about in their computer.I ordered the ribs for my daughter who just had a new baby. My son in law said they were the absolute best ribs he has ever had in his life. He is an extremely fussy eater!I will definitely order from this company in the future
