I took my mom here for lunch and she thoroughly enjoyed it… my mom said the hamburger she had tasted fresh.. I enjoyed the crab cakes, and I must say it had more crab meat than filling. I absolutely adore J. Alexander they never miss on the food. Always top-tier. Service is mediocre at best..

The manager has continuously been sweet and helpful every time I come. I drive far to eat this place and I’m gracious for the service, staff and quality of food. Never dissatisfied or disappointed

We always enjoy our time at J Alexander’s. This time our server, Adrianna made it even better. She was so friendly and personable. She checked in on us, answered our questions and even looked up lychee fruit on her phone so I’d know what was in my drink. Then she volunteered that they served carrot cake as a birthday dessert!
