This restaurant is one big rip off. I went to the restaurant on March 19 and we ordered one beer and one glass of wine. You order online with your phone and pay with your credit card online and no receipt is provided when I looked at my credit card statement, I was charged $321.06. I have tried to resolve this but have been unsuccessful. Make sure you ask for a receipt paper receipt when you go here or you could be ripped off also.

The whole 'use your phone to order and pay ' is a scam. I did not close out my tab and /or personally add an appropriate tip. My check was magically closed when I went into the app to pay. I still have no idea what my total bill was and how much I apparently tipped for limited server interaction. Frustrated.

I got the lobster bisque soup! Omg it was phenomenal. Chunks of lobster in every bite. And fairly priced considering airport pricing. They did what needed to be done. My girlfriend got the Cesar chicken salad. She loved every bite

i looked at the 4 star review compared to the other nearby restaurants so i decided to come here. I was disappointed. They want you to order online with no waiter interaction and ask for tip upfront. I ordered the roast beef sandwhich and it was delivered in a plastic container! I shouldve gone to hudson news for a sandwhich instead. It wasnt warmed up at all and the waiter said nothing to me. trash

This ordering on the table with the QR code is for the birds. My credit card was charged THREE times for a total of $150.00 for a dinner worth $50.00. I am distraught. Staff was completely worthless and the manager was absent (during the busiest time of the year, Christmas Eve). Instead of them cancelling the charges, now I have to dispute charges on two separate cards.The catfish was acceptable but not worth all the trouble.And by the way, come on staff with the attitude...one lady got so frustrated with the rudeness of the waitress that I thought it was going to end in violence.Be careful out there. .

She asked me what I wanted and told her… She brought my bill and minutes later my meal. Tip is included 18%.But when I got the bill that I got before my food they had an 18% tip included so I didn't tip them more... I found 3 days later, I will guess is the server that added $10 to my bill. INSANE!!! I don’t care about the $10 I care about the disrespect to add an extra $10 on people's backs and $10 here and $10 there at the end of the year can be a thousand stealing from clients.Is already expensive so watch out when you see your bill.
