The decoration and store is neat, clean, and friendly. I decided to give them a visit because I saw a line that reached out the door and wanted to give them a try. It was a Saturday night so it was busy and only saw 3 workers so I expected a longer wait time, which I didn’t mind. When it was my turn, the worker didn’t wear gloves and I saw her hand touch the inside of the ice cream buckets. When she was scooping ice cream, the back of her hand came in contact with the ice...

Great ice cream as always. Waffle bowls were stale and not up to Jeni’s standard.

Unacceptably slow service. Takes 10 minutes of waiting in line just to pay. But the time it’s all done you will have finished your ice cream while standing in line, which is not the experience one comes up Jeni’s for

I had an amazing experience here with my daughter and bestie!! LaMarr was an absolutely pleasure and so very patient with us as he went over the flavors and explained what was in each. My daughter and I love ice cream and this was our first time here but definitely won't be our last!
