“I enjoy Jersey Mike subs but I specially enjoy the atmosphere and amazing customer service that both Karsen and Rodney offered . They both have inviting personalities which made my visit even more comfortable. You rarely come across genuine staff and for that part they both are assets to Jersey Mike’s.“

“I have been visiting the store quite regularly the past few months for a recurring weekly meeting,. My typical orders are four or five giant subs for our meetings. Recently, I had accidentally left my credit card at the counter and did not realize it until I was out of town. I had almost canceled my card, but noticed that no activity had occurred on my card and thought I might have just left it at my residence. I came back three weeks later, and the ladies recognized me immediately. They took me over to the cash register, and under the cash register was my card!! They had kept it for me, knowing that I will return for my regular order. This is most gracious, most stellar in this business. “What a great experience. Needed catering for an event for 145 individuals and Jersey Mikes came through! The store manager Leyana was amazing.They packaged everything so well and delivery was on time! Sandwiches were fresh, packaged with a cookie, condiments and napkins. Great for easy clean up. We were also able to order gluten free and vegetarian option which was a huge plus. Highly recommend for catering. The guys who delivered were also great!

“After seeing the 3.6 stars I felt the need to leave a review. Especially since I had great experiences. I have been here twice in the last month. Once a call in order where we dined in store and another pick up where I left. The first time there was 6 of us. The food and service was amazing. Store was clean. Second time, my order was ready when scheduled. I got the cheese steak both times and both times my sandwich was amazing.“

“I was at this LOCATION Saturday 1/4/2024 at or about 5:40pm. The young lady working I forgot her name but she is always working. The man who was working no the grill I assume was a manager. The sandwiches, customer service, and assembly of their work ethic was outstanding.

I have been to this location twice this week. I was there earlier this week and ordered the Chicken Philly. Outstanding! Today I ordered the Philly. Simply outstanding and PLENTY of meat.

“For a 2 crew operation, the first person taking orders did really really good, she was very vocally and guiding people through the line! I would say, very smooth! The only downside of my visit was the STRAWS out there, people touch it talk on to of it, you should have WRAPPED straws.“

“OKAY! I have been waiting for this location. I love the food here and it was right across the street from where i used to stay. The only complaint is that he lady that's there in the evening always has a shitty attitude and acts she doesn't want to prepare it. It makes you not even want to order your sub how you want it. And the. She gets mad if you don't tip. Other than that the food it's great. I would still go because I needed to eat and there food is Great. Just hoped they had better customer service“
