Asked to have the super sub heated up on the grill, I have had done it at multiple locations over the years with no problem, but the girl asked me why I was requesting it. I replied that I like it that way since it wasn’t as good cold and she refused stating they needed “minimum reason.” Not sure what reason she was looking for… and I understand if it’s cross contamination for allergens or even if the grill wasn’t used for the same types of meats, but really just felt like she didn’t want to be bothered. Figured since I drove out of my way for Jersey Mikes I could take the time to leave a bad review as I wait for my food somewhere else. Disappointing.

The lady working 11.3.25 at 5:20 pm was super friendly. With that kind service the locals will definitely come back and visit

For many years this location was my go to for business catering and personal dining. Unfortunately, since the change in ownership or management, my experiences have declined significantly. After experiencing multiple unresolved issues, I feel compelled to speak up.
Sadly there have been Instances of rudeness and unprofessional behavior from staff.
I have many valid concerns related to:
* Food handling practices, placing contaminating food items and returning them to fresh bins, and food with contaminated gloves.
* Poor order fulfillment of catering orders for my corporation--including incorrect orders, missed deadlines, and unmarked sandwiches.
*Lack of communication and accountability when orders are delayed or mishandled. Despite having my contact information, I was not contacted or informed of issues on multiple occasions.
This location does not live up the Jersey Mike's reputation. I have visited many locations in and out of state. I will refer my company to other locations for catering needs.

Ordered food and they passed me by. Never did make my sandwich while I waited for them to do so. 15 people were served before I decided to leave.

BUGS IN FOOD. This used to be our go to location, but tonight my order had a live bug in it. Absolutely disgusting, and will not be back.

The same father and daughter pair that work here continue to make mistakes on orders blame the customer and proceed to act offended that you would like what you actually asked and paid for. Save yourself the headache at this particular location.

I love jersey mikes, however this location needs some staffing changes. There is always someone working there that has such a huge attitude. I came in at around 8pm, and I ordered a buffalo chicken sub, the lady gave me a huge smirk. She gave every customer attitude it was baffling.

The food is good but the service is questionable.

Venessa was absolutely delightful, and she went above and beyond to make my Philly cheesecake truly special.

I was at this LOCATION Saturday 1/4/2024 at or about 5:40pm. The young lady working I forgot her name but she is always working. The man who was working no the grill I assume was a manager. The sandwiches, customer service, and assembly of their work ethic was outstanding.

I have been to this location twice this week. I was there earlier this week and ordered the Chicken Philly. Outstanding! Today I ordered the Philly. Simply outstanding and PLENTY of meat.

Rude, looking crazy when I asked to take some them onions off. Literally threw a layer on onions on the sandwich. Throwing the toppings on, sloppy sandwich.. heavy handed so fillings are literally falling out .

I see ppl complaining about their attitudes, good to know I’m not tripping. Find another job if you don’t like dealing with ppl.

the lady in the picture had a nasty attitude and this is not the first time .. in the past also i had same experience with this lady ..the last time i thought she might be tired working all day but no its her nasty 🤢 attitude ..she needs to find something else to do if u can’t treat your customers good …
