Jersey Mike's Subs

My second time coming to this location. The first time, I received excellent service and food well prepared. For the second time, the service was not as excellent as my first visit. The male employee (whose name I didn't get) quickly made the food. However, he wore gloves to prepare the food, picked up a pen, touched the register, then went to slice the meat and cheese, and made a sub for the next customer. He should have removed his gloves to use the pen, touched the register, and put new gloves on for the next sandwich prep. He didn't make eye contact and was not welcoming. Maybe he was having a bad day, and that's understandable, but at least he should have made the customers feel welcome and prepared food with better safety and hygiene. I'll try back one more time.

I ordered from this store Friday 6/6/25 mobile order. Great service and clean store.

walk in service is fast and the people are pleasant. It's great to have people making your food with a smile. The steak n cheese sub does not miss! Hot and fresh every time!!

Sub was good. No issues during my visit.

It is very unhealthy 2 be working while the water is off n it is unsanitary they need 2 be closed

The one who made the sandwich African american girl who served me in a way that seemed very rude to me since it was the first time I tried to eat there. I didn't liked the service and the food was very good.I don't know what she's going through to treat like this, she just need to get better.

Every time I come to Jersey Mikes the staff is so pleasant and efficient. I came in for a DoorDash delivery and they made sure everything was accurate. Thank you for your service

I went into Jersey Mike’s on a Saturday morning and was treated so poorly. The girl making my sandwich made 4 sandwiches that were a to go order while I was standing there waiting. There were three other employees standing around talking and absolutely no other customers in the store. I never mind waiting but not when someone is rude to me. This is my last time giving this place a chance. I’ll drive to Brookhaven on the future.

The Atmosphere was very friendly awesome, quality, & wonderful customer service. The Entire Team there made me feel at home. The staff is excellent with Great positive energy. This is my Second visit and I drove from Gwinnett Cty just to Get my Sub. My first experience was a Tuna salad & oweee I really enjoyed it. This time I had a Tuna Sub and I couldn’t resist eating half while driving back home. Jersey Mikes Is Indeed #1 In my book. Give 5 ?
